Train links to London and Brighton are fantastic, and The Avenue is situated just on the edge of the city limits, and a few hundred metres from the South Downs National Park which is every nature lovers dream.” Also we have Goodwood on our doorstep which is tremendous fun; the motor racing,revival, the golf, restaurant and hotel are exceedingly good and a must for anyone who lives so close by. “We consider the spa room to be the most indulgent of rooms. A room you can enjoy all year round, whatever the weather. It is opulence at its best! Evenings unwinding with a glass of wine or two in the spa are sublime, and the fact that it’s situated at the rear of the house, looking out onto the garden only adds to the overall experience – you can lose track of where you are at times.” “Our reasons for leaving this amazing house behind are purely geographical, and the need to be closer to family. If we could uproot it, the gardens and the very thing that makes this home so special, we would surely do so,” say the owners. “Sadly we can’t and so it’s with very heavy hearts that we must bid farewell to our beautiful home.
