INFORMATION Apple Tree Cottage Location The property is positioned off a quiet little road in the heart of the village of Scothern, about 4 miles northeast of the city of Lincoln, with far reaching countryside views enjoyed from the back. The well served village has a highly sought after primary school, St. Germain’s Church, a really useful little roadside shop, a pub - The Bottle & Glass Inn, a village hall, an excellent cricket club and a thriving garden centre with a very popular café serving homemade food.

With easy access into Lincoln with both the A46 and the A158 nearby, road and rail links are excellent. Newark Northgate Station is a half hour drive where fast direct trains into central London take around 70 minutes; there are also trains from Lincoln to London, journey time of approximately 2 hours.
