WHO IS FIND FINANCIAL PLANNERS? Find Financial Planners is a 100% Australian Owned Private Company that specializes exclusively in managing and supplying guaranteed appointments to Financial Planners that has been operating since 2014 and was incorporated in 2015.

WHAT DO WE DO? We supply guaranteed appointments through a service subscription basis for approved Financial Planners with people who have approached us looking for help from a quality local Financial Planner.

“We do not cold call or use telemarketing for clients�

Not all financial planners are as successful as they represent to us at the time of application so either party can issue a 30-day notice of cancellation in writing to terminate additional ongoing service. Obviously, our service has to work well for you and us for things to continue.

HOW DOES IT WORK? Our clients contact us looking for a quality, local Financial Planner that we have verified and approved to work with us (no we do not cold call or use telemarketing for clients). Based on the information they provide to us we use our sophisticated custom proprietary software and systems to analyze all available data and then he system then makes an automated selection of the Financial Planner to be selected. We then make at least 3 points of contact with the client to gain additional information and verify what the information they have disclosed book the appointment between the client and the identified Financial Planner based on that Financial Planners availability as shown in our calendar booking system (you nominate in our system your availability around other client appointments, holidays etc.). Once the client is booked in for a meeting with you we send them, and you a confirmation email. The email to client confirms the day, date, time and place you are meeting them and a link to your personalized Professional webpage. The email to you gives you the same appointment information as well as a link to the client file so you can review what information they have provided to us before you meet them. We then send a reminder email to the client reaffirming the appointment two working days beforehand and the day before the appointment we send them a reminder SMS, both of which invite the client to contact us if they need to make a change to the appointment. In the case of a rebooking we typically also do a telephone confirmation as well.

You will be investing in appointments with our clients that on average fit into the above categories. These are some of things that set us apart as a premium provider: (1) (2) (3) (4)

All opportunities are given to just one planner only. We don’t give the same client to multiple planners. Our clients are not incentivized in any way to meet you nor are they part of a competition. Our clients are not obtained by a telemarketer or “forced” to meet you. Our clients are contact us with a genuine need for help qualified local financial planner

The information above is a guide only and taken from the historical data we have gathered since we began. Some potential clients prefer to deal directly with the financial planners to provide sensitive information. The information is based on what we are provided by the client and we don’t ask for proof. It is self-disclosed information. Typically, the information will include a name email, phone number, date, time and place of meeting and what our client is interested in.

I HAVE MINIMUM CRITERIA FOR CLIENTS I AM PREPARED TO MEET. CAN YOU STILL PROVIDE ME WITH GUARANTEED APPOINTMENTS? Our service is set up so that you will get a variety of clients right across the spectrum as shown above. If you are approved to receive our service and during the application process you indicate limiting criteria’s which may include but are not limited to age, income, super balance, inflexibility to see clients at their home or office during or after hours or on weekends this will restrict the amount of appointments we can provide you within a month. By restricting our ability to supply you with guaranteed appointments to meet with you it is understood between all parties that your obligations to pay your recurring subscription each month will not alter. It is important to note that if at the time of enquiry a client doesn’t give us information that relates to your selected criteria you will not be allocated that appointment. We have regularly found that it is higher net worth individuals that only want to disclose their financials directly to the Financial Planner when they meet so by placing any restrictions on criteria or availability may be a very costly exercise for you that other Financial Planners without those restrictions will gain the benefit from.

If you only want clients booked into your office, then our service probably would not suit you, most people want to meet you at their home or office and often before 9am or after 6pm and on weekends.

HOW FAR WILL A CLIENT BE FROM MY OFFICE OR HOME? In general, we will provide guaranteed appointments within a 30-km radius of your postcode (or a greater radius if you like)?

HOW ARE THE POTENTIAL CLIENTS MANAGED? All potential clients are managed through our CRM. Each planner is given a dedicated log in access to our CRM. There is no need to email us how the potential clients are going as this is what our CRM is for. It is your responsibility to keep client information, notes and calendar up to date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T WANT AN APPOINTMENT? You must accept guaranteed appointments within in your radius, and on times and dates available in your CRM calendar that you are qualified to provide advice to. Otherwise the credit on your account will be forfeited.

HOW MANY TOUCH POINTS DO YOU MAKE BEFORE I SEE THE CLIENT? We can have up to eight touch points between when they submit their initial express of interest to meet a local financial planner and when you meet with them. This means they’re deeply engaged with the process and more intimately aware of who is coming to see them.

WHAT DOES THE CLIENT PAY? We are a FREE service for our client as is your initial appointment with the client.

WHAT IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PLANNER IN MY PRACTICE? It is important to understand that appointments are made for specific planners and not the practice. If you multiple planners in your practice it is usual for all Financial Planners in the practice to trial 5 guaranteed appointments per month per planner. This means that the practice can grow exponentially with everyone enjoying the benefits of getting appointments from Find Financial Planners.

CAN I GIVE OTHER FINANCIAL PLANNERS IN OUR PRACTICE SOME OF MY POTENTIAL CLIENTS?

Find Financial Planners Guide No, you can’t. We allocate clients to specific planner, so it is important that they only see the planner that we told them they will be seeing and introduced them to. We have found that the client becomes confused and the conversion rate drops significantly if the guaranteed appointments is reallocated. Each planner that sees our clients, must buy 5 guaranteed appointments during the probationary period per month. Please refer to the clause 7.3.2 in the terms and conditions for more information.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN 5 APPOINTMENTS PER MONTH PER FINANCIAL PLANNER? Yes, we can have that discussion after the initial pre-vetting period of 3 months. We will do feedback calls on the potential clients you meet and if your results and client feedback are at or above or exacting standards we may be open to increasing our supply agreement with the right planners who do the right thing for our brand and our referrals. If any of the feedback or action suggest otherwise, we can limit the amount of opportunities we provide or cancel any further opportunities supply to you, but this is a discussion you need to have with your personal Client Care Manager.

HOW MANY OTHER PLANNERS ARE MEETING THE SAME CLIENT I AM SEEING? We only allocate one client to one financial planner. We may however allocate a client with financial planning needs to a lawyer, mortgage broker, accountant, health insurer and more.

I AM A MULTI-DISCIPLINED PRACTICE; DOES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE? If you do more than financial planning than this is very good. We sometimes have clients who have multiple needs besides financial planning. If we refer them to you and they become a client for additional services outside financial planning, we will be entitled to all referral fees/ additional fixed fee in relation to all sales that have resulted from this client. Any referral or fixed fees will be discussed and put in your engagement agreement.

WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF CREDITS BEFORE MY NEXT INVOICE IS DUE? There are periods of time where you may get more or less than your monthly quota. There may be times where you have blocked out your diary which prevents us from booking in guaranteed appointments. If you have an outstanding invoice this still needs to be paid, even if you have lead credits.

Find Financial Planners Guide WHAT INFORMATION DO WE RECEIVE PRIOR TO THE INITIAL CLIENT MEETING? "We strongly recommend you should take the time to read carefully our application form and contract”

The depth and accuracy of the information we are given and therefore can supply will depend on what the client self discloses to us and may include: ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪

We do our best to verify this information, but some client prefers to give this information only to the financial planner and we therefore accept at face value what they are willing to give us. email address, phone number, time, place and date and services required which shows the client has a genuine self-disclosed need (they may have others you can discover) and a genuine desire to meet with a Financial Planner.

HOW DO I APPLY TO START GETTING APPOINTMENTS? In addition to filling out the basic information on our website https://www.findfinancialplanners.com.au/leads/ we also need copies of your last two audits, copies of your qualifications and more to support your application. You will then be contacted by a Financial Planner Client Care Manager who will take you personally through the application and if approved the onboarding process.

DO WE HAVE A CONTRACT? Yes, we do have an application form and a contract. Both of which we strongly recommend you should take the time to read carefully. In fact, we also recommend, should you feel the need to seek independent legal advice, to run the agreement past your lawyer or Dealer Group. Part of the application form is an agreement with both parties to receive guaranteed appointments. Our agreement is to provide you all the terms and conditions. We will get our compliance area to approve your application before we can allocate guaranteed appointments.

HOW DO I PAY? Your initial investment in our services will be via direct deposit or credit card and paid in advance. All future payments will be automatic debit from credit card or bank account, in advance as per the agreement.

This will be provided by a video and personalized training when your payment clears, and all documents are provided.

CAN I CONTACT THE CLIENT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT? No! We have found it is far better to let us book and manage the appointment as we have a far lower cancellation rate. You should not under any circumstances unless directed by us in writing to have any direct contact with the client in any form which includes but is not limited to email, telephone, sms, direct mail etc or you will forfeit your subscription credit for that appointment should they cancel. We have robust systems processes we know work and that you have invested in that offer you an appointment guarantee if not interfered with.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE APPOINTMENT? Please let our customer service team know in writing to cs1@findfinancialplanners.com.au at least 3 working days before the scheduled appointment time and they will do their best to reappoint that client for you. If we unable to reappoint it, we will attempt to re-allocate it to another planner. But if the client cancels, you forfeit the credit as we would only have allocated it because you had an availability showing in your calendar.

WHAT IF THE CLIENT CANCELS THE APPOINTMENT OR DOESN’T SHOW UP? •

You, the Financial Planner should call and if possible also SMS the client no less than 5 minutes and no more than 15 minutes after the appointment time to determine whether if they are simply running late or despite our reminders they have forgotten about the appointment. You must notify us in writing as soon as you know that a client has not met their obligations for an appointment and not turning up. This should contain o The times you called the client to find out why they were running late. o If this appointment is re-appointed by you when you speak to them at that time, please let us know of the new time so we can update your calendar. o If despite your attempts, you are unable to secure the appointment or don’t get a reply please email cs1@findfinancialplanners.com.au and c’c your Client Care manager within 60 minutes of the original appointment time so we can immediately begin the process of contacting the client and booking a new time for you to meet. We will then attempt daily for 5 working days via phone and sms and email to reappoint/ verify the information.

If you have followed the correct process and we are able to re-allocate/ re-appoint the opportunity (Re-saleable), then a credit will be provided in 5 working days’ time. Please write your notes of the incident in the CRM under the “Financial Planning Notes” section for the client record. Please review your CRM on an intermittent basis to ensure action is taken in relation to your cancellations. If you have outstanding invoices due, you will not eligible under any circumstances for a replacement credit. This will be provided by a video and personalized training when your payment clears, and all documents are provided.

WHEN SHOULD I SEE MY FIRST LEAD? Once payment is made, cleared and reconciled, guaranteed appointments will be provided on average within a 30-day time frame. This could be sooner or further apart due to supply/ demand.

WHY DIDN’T I GET A LEAD THIS WEEK? We don’t want to give you poor quality of guaranteed appointments which will waste your time. Opportunities are seasonal and there are highs and lows. We will not give guaranteed appointments to Financial Planners that we have put on hold their subscription service. The reason why we may have put a planner on hold may include outstanding invoices, or we are waiting for information to allocate guaranteed appointments like compliance documents.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCOUNT IF MY SUBSCRIPTION FAILS TO PROCESS IN FULL ON TIME? If your payment does not go through we will attempt to contact you via sms and email immediately and do so for 3 subsequent days, after which we will attempt to call daily leaving you a voicemail and sending you an SMS if those contact attempts fail, your account will be put on hold and not further appointments can be provided. Additionally, should the account remain on hold for another 24 hours with no resolution and payment, all assigned future appointments will have to be reassigned to a different planner and your account re credited for those appointments. As you will appreciate and no doubt understand, active subscribers will always be given preference and priority for the allocation of any guaranteed appointments. We would prefer to work with you to resolve things quickly so we can

WHAT IF I NO LONGER NEED THE SERVICE OR SELL MY PRACTICE? If you go on holidays or have a break we simply book your appointments for while you away for when you get back. If our service is not working out for you or us for some reason, let’s have a chat to us to see if we can resolve the challenge. If we can’t resolve it together, the aggrieved party simply gives 30 days’ notice in writing as per your agreement. If during this period you have an invoice due, this still needs to be paid. If you’re selling your practice we’d love to meet the new owner before you sell the practice to see if they would like to use the service.
