Filmar è un’azienda tessile che dal 1958 applica ricerca e passione nella produzione e nobilitazione di filati a base cotone di altissima qualità. COLORAMA web app è un servizio gratuito, immediato, moderno, user friendly e a basso impatto ambientale. Consente di abbinare le migliaia di tinte dei filati Filmar, testare le proprie combinazioni-colore e vederle applicate ai più svariati motivi evergreen di maglie e calze uomo e donna. Un servizio agile e intuitivo che Filmar dedica agli utilizzatori dei suoi filati. COLORAMA AWARD 3 ed. Anche quest’anno l’iniziativa Colorama è dedicata ai giovani creativi: un concorso pensato per ispirare ed incoraggiare gli studenti di istituti ed Università di moda e design di tutto il mondo a sviluppare progetti colore innovativi e di tendenza. Per la terza edizione Primavera Estate 2020 abbiamo voluto arricchire il contest di nuovi spunti creativi in linea con le tematiche di sostenibilità ormai centrali per il mondo della moda. Abbiamo invitato i i ragazzi a intraprendere un

percorso creativo fondato sul loro potenziale trasformativo a favore dell’implementazione dell’Agenda 2030 e degli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile (SDGs). Abbiamo quindi chiesto agli aspiranti designers di seguire le diverse fasi progettuali: - Fase di ricerca: un’ approfondita documentazione sull’Agenda 2030 delle Nazioni Unite con gli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile (SDGs) e l’individuazione di almeno uno di questi obiettivi da cui prendere ispirazione, un’analisi di mercato sulle ultime tendenze rispetto alle tonalità cromatiche e texture più utilizzate confrontando le collezioni dei diversi marchi del settore moda . - Fase creativa/ispirazionale: la creazione di un moodboard che rispecchiasse gli elementi stilistici riscontrati dall’indagine di mercato ed elementi contenutistici relativi al SDG scelto.

- Fase progettuale: elaborazione di una palette colori e capsule collection utilizzando ColorAMA Web App. Oltre al premio monetario messo in palio da Filmar e l’abbonamento annuale ad un magazine di tendenza per il secondo vincitore, la competizione offre un’occasione per collegare scuola e industria, dando ai giovani l’opportunità di vedere i loro talenti applicati a progetti reali, al di fuori delle mura scolastiche. Il risultato è stato sorprendente per il numero di proposte ricevute e l’impegno dimostrato dai ragazzi nella realizzazione delle combinazioni colore e dei moodboard d’ ispirazione. Colorama for sustainability promuove importanti partenariati tra il mondo delle istituzioni ed enti internazionali come il Global Compact Network Italia e le imprese del settore tessile e moda. Il partenariato avviato da Colorama ha dato vita ad una commissione giudicatrice alla quale hanno preso parte rappresentanti di enti pubblici e privati, insieme a giovani designers emergenti.

In particolare: Tiziano Guardini (Presidente della giuria ColorAMA) – Eco-designer vincitore del Green Carpet Award; Global Compact Network Italia – UN Global Compact; Guido Capelli – Ad Gruppo Dondy; Michele Marazzini – Manager Calzificio Rede; Nicola Luccarini – consulente Direzione Artistica Filmar; Ufficio Sostenibilità, CSR e Marketing Filmar. I giurati hanno selezionato insieme le idee progettuali che meglio interpretano ed esprimono i modelli di vita, i valori e le sfide rappresentati dagli SDGs coniugandoli con le nuove tendenze della moda. Infine, abbiamo voluto raccogliere in questa brochure alcune delle proposte ricevute per condividerle con voi e mettere in risalto la capacità ed il talento di questi giovani che sono la nostra forza e il nostro futuro.

COLORAMA AWARD 3° ed This season too, COLORAMA devoted itself to the youth by hosting the COLORAMA AWARD, designed to inspire and encourage young students from fashion & design institutes and Universities all over the world to develop innovative and fashionable. This 3° edition Spring/Summer 2020 season gives new creative inputs in line with the sustainability-related topics which have become crucial for the fashion system. We have invited young people to embark on a creative path based on their transformative potential in favor of the implementation

of the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We therefore asked aspiring designers to follow the different design phases: - Research phase: an in-depth documentation on the United Nations 2030 Agenda with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the identification of at least one of these goals from which to take inspiration + a market analysis on the latest trends in terms of colors and textures comparing different fashion brands collections.. - Creative / inspirational phase: the creation of a moodboard that reflects the stylistic elements found in the market survey and content elements related to the chosen SDG. - Design phase: processing of a color palette and capsule collection using ColorAMA Web App. In addition to the monetary prize offered by Filmar and the annual subscription to a magazine about the last trends for the second winner, the competition offers an opportunity

to link school and industry, giving young people the opportunity to see their talents applied to real projects, outside the school’s walls. The result was surprising for the number of proposals received and the commitment shown by the students in the creation of color combinations and moodboards of inspiration. Colorama for Sustainability promotes the important partnerships between the world of institutions and international organizations such as the Global Compact Network Italy and companies in the textile and fashion sector. The partnership initiated by Colorama gave birth to a jury to which representatives of public and private institutions took part, together with young emerging designers.

Without water there is no life, no future for mankind. The water pollution has become a key issue. Harmful substances are constantly discharged into oceans, lakes and rivers creating extravagant chromatic shades of blue and green.

“Illicit poaching and trafficking of wildlife continues to thwart conservation efforts, with nearly 7,000 species of animals and plants reported in illegal trade involving 120 countries”. Many of these animals are captured to perform in Circus and others to extract skin for garments and accessories. Animals exploited in such performances are abused and punished daily; they are bred in captivity and spend their entire lives in close contact with humans in an unnatural and stressful environment. The capsule collections inspired by the colorful patterns and objects related to the circus which has a dual meaning: seen as a “joyful” entertainment it actually hides cruel realities. Alongside, the collection intends to promote sustainable materials in order to replace fur and animal skin in the fashion system.
