Onboarding Checklist Congratulations! You have successfully placed an order with Fill it Forward. Here are your steps for a successful launch.

STEP 1 Complete Setup Forms (1 month before launch) Based on your purchase, you will receive a form(s) from Jasmine Ing, to be completed within 48 hours. This form will reflect your enhanced feature: Private Group, Custom GIving, Teams, and/or Rewards. Review Success Hub Resources

STEP 2 Book A Success Call (3 weeks before launch) Schedule a 15 minute onboarding call with Jasmine. Confirm launch date, program goals, and distribution strategy.

STEP 3 Prepare and Educate Your Team (2 weeks before launch) Incorporate talking points at registration / distribution / keynote speakers. Send internal email communications. Download and print posters.

STEP 4 Build Excitement (1 week before launch) Share the How it Works video. Promote on social media.

Fast Facts Install the Fill it Forward App The Fill it Forward app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Scan the helpful QR code to download the app. How it Works 1) Download the free Fill it Forward app on your mobile device. 2) Create a login & personalize your user account. 3) Scan the QR code every time you reuse. 4) A minimum two-cent donation will be made to the giving project featured. 5) Track your Environmental Footprint (water consumption, waste diverted, emissions saved, and ocean pollution prevented). How do I create a login? Press “SIGN UP” on the bottom left and then “SIGN UP WITH EMAIL.” Email: Please use your work email address. Nickname: Enter your first and last name. Password: Must contain 10 characters (including letters and numbers) If you do not sign up with a recognizable email or nickname, the app will automatically assign you a randomized name OR use your Apple ID. Troubleshooting • Email support@fillitforward.com or submit support tickets through the app. • First, try exiting the app and then going back in. • Remember to ensure you’ve given the app access to your camera. 1) Clear app caches by going to Account Setting > App Caches. 2) Exit and re-enter your app. (You may need to do this twice). 3) If steps 1 and 2 do not work, delete and reinstall the app.

Frequently Asked Questions How are Custom Giving Projects selected? Projects featured in the app are predefined by our charitable partners, who focus on sustainable (5-10 year) development in high priority communities. How are Custom Giving Projects funded? Charitable donations are funded through product and program sales. When are funds donated to the charity partner? Funds are collected and then donated to charity partner when a project is funded in the app, or at the end of the year (depending on size and scale of project). What happens when the Custom Giving Project is complete? Your organization can fund another Custom Giving Project, or app users roll into the global app experience helping unlock additional giving projects. Are other Custom Giving Projects available? Yes, each of our charitable partners work in a variety of locations and often have multiple projects that need support. What is the value of each scan? To have the biggest impact, we recommend the scan value is set at $1 per scan. This can range depending on the size and scale of program. Can our organization receive a tax receipt? For all Custom Giving Projects over $10,000 we can help facilitate a receipt with the charitable partner. Can we support a different charity? Yes, we are always open to exploring partnerships that make an impact! What charities are featured in the Fill it Forward App? Our current charitable partners are WaterAid, Wine To Water, charity: water, DigDeep, Water First, Second Harvest, One Tree Planted and Arbor Day. What is WASH? Safe drinking-water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) are crucial to human health and well-being. Safe WASH is not only a prerequisite to health, but contributes to livelihoods, school attendance and dignity and helps to create resilient communities.

Appoint a Champion It may seem obvious, but it’s always important to have a main point of contact. This person can be an on-site champion of the program, who helps to manage any administrative needs. Choose Impactful Dates While Fill it Forward can be rolled out at any time of year, it is always helpful to build off a larger event or a celebration to bring focus to the launch. We have a few favorite dates, which can help to connect your launch to an environmental or philanthropic initiative, including World Water Day (March 22), Earth Day (April 22), Global Handwashing Day (October 15), and Plastic-Free July.
