This research focuses on the case of the policy “The Contract of the neighbourhood II” undertaken in the Milanese estate of Mazzini. In the light of a primary study of the Italian housing policies’ history, this experience is going to be deepened, assessing its outcomes. At last, the Milanese case is going to be compared to another experience launched in Tor Sapienza and some fundamental aspects are going to emerge, and be discussed in the sake of the future housing policies.
