Now input relevant details here including assessment year and the format in which you want to see your form (HTML, Text or PDF). Enter the captcha code displayed to verify human authentication and click view or download.

Step 6: If you had selected HTML format, then your details will be available on the screen only. However, if you have selected Text or PDF, then notepad or a pdf file will download respectively. The file contains your FORM 26AS. However, it is a password-protected file.

To open the document you have to enter a password which is your DOB in DD/MM/YYYY format (without any slash or space or dash).
