Synthesis of tailor-made biocompatible, biodegradable and pH-responsive polymers for drug delivery applications. Different series of functionalized polyamidoamines are synthesized and loaded with several bioactive molecules. These formulations are able to release the loaded molecules in the external environment under specific stimuli (i.e. pH variation).
