I'am Fikri Yuviansyah an Architectural designer, Architecture is not just about creating space as a place to live, but architecture is able to reflect various things ranging from human behavior, relationship with nature, as well as the relationship with space itself.

This learning center has a concept that combines cultural aspects with modern concepts oasis architecture. The cultural concept built into this building is in the form of mass The main building is circular in context to the morphology of the Pakhakh shape. which is usually used in nyuncunpahakh ceremonies on the west coast. In the form of thighs. This was then modified in terms of shape in a more modern direction to suit the modern concept of an oasis.

Because an oasis is a pleasant sight and a paradise for desert travelers,This word is now used in English to indicate a place to stop that is relaxing and different from the surrounding environment. So at this learning center bring the concept of an oasis among the lush trees or vegetation forovercome the chaos around the land and the distance of the site from residential areas.It is hoped that by carrying out this concept it can become a stopping place or a place to stop by to study which can be a new nuance in learning.

The outdoor part of this building has several facilities including a 3 on 3 basketball court area, outdoor gym, gazebo, and other open space facilities. This facility can be used by users to accommodate outdoor activities. The outside of the building also has an attractive view of the west coast sea.

The concept started from issues that emerged on the site. The site is next to the public green open space area, namely Elephant Park, Enggal, Tanjungkarung Pusat, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung which has a close relationship with the public green open space. Issues that arise on the site are that there are many user behavior patterns, in this case Elephant Park visitors who have different lifestyles and habits such as healthy lifestyle, urban lifestyle, active lifestyle and many more. These issues will later become design developments according to the existing context.

Infinite loop means infinite repetition, this word represents the process of creating concepts. This infinite loop concludes the pattern of human life which is infinite but in a repeating pattern. The lifestyle aspect that is raised is a lifestyle with a physical movement type. The infinite repetition pattern in the concept will later create a pathway and transitional space that gives the impression of being endless to create the perception of infinity for the user. The aspects of physical movement that are taken are strength, endurance, stability, mobility and flexibility. Physical movement is not only about sports but also entertainment aspects.

Initial Concept Site Analysis

This physical movement is facilitated by natural features that humans really need, such as sunlight, water, vegetation, air, natural materials and views or vistas. The combination of these aspects is generally interpreted as a lifestyle container in the form of physical movement by presenting natural features in it. Local cultural aspects also contribute to this concept where the use of 3 infinite loops is interpreted as forming and supporting the Lampung area, especially the city of Bandar Lampung, namely the Pepadun custom, the Saibatin custom and the immigrant/transmigrant custom that meet and build the foundation of family in the Lampung area.

These three customs are symbolized in the form of a tree without branches, leaves and fruit because in its philosophy the trunk is the connector, supporter and core entity of the tree itself, while the roots are interpreted as reinforcement, binding and as a medium of supply.

Haliwawak agrotourism is an agrotourism complex for food crops and durian fruit located in Bunut village, Padangmirr subdistrict, Pesawaran district, Lampung province. Padangmirrer sub-district is one of the most famous tourist areas, especially in the coastal tourism sector. However, this specialty of Padangmirr sub-district has potential in the agricultural sector, especially in food crops and seasonal fruit.

Project Description

Lampung Province is a province that has the opportunity to become one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia so that it can attract tourists. Pesawaran Regency is one of the regencies in Lampung Province which has a strategic location and has regional characteristics such as coastal areas and also mountainous areas. One of the areas in Pesawaran district, namely Padang Cermin sub-district, has excellent agricultural and tourism potential. The agricultural potential in the Padang Cermin sub-district needs to be managed properly by creating tourism potential in the form of an agro-tourism complex that is able to answer existing issues. This agro-tourism complex is designed with various facilities, both supporting facilities and main facilities. Existing facilities can accommodate all kinds of visitor interests in this agro-tourism complex.

Initial Concept

responding to existing issues and contexts, an agrotourism concept with a biphilic concept is offered. The biophilic aspects used are the natural shape aspect and also the visual connection to nature. The building concept takes the analogy of the shape of a durian flower, where the durian flower is the forerunner to the formation of the durian fruit. The process from flower to fruit has many steps, such as through pollination assisted by insects, one of which is the butterfly (papillon).
