CCTV Checker Service A CCTV system is there to keep your business, assets and employees safe. Fifteen Group offers a CCTV Checker service, which automatically checks the status, so businesses can be assured all cameras and systems are in excellent working condition.
What does the CCTV Checker service involve? It remotely checks systems, every 12 hours, targeting any issues. Diagnostic and operational information is analysed with issues being reported. Remote fixing can then take place, and if necessary a site visit scheduled. Having annual maintenance of a CCTV system leaves it vulnerable if an issue occurs between service checks which then fails to be resolved. A daily report is produced and emailed with a snapshot status of all your sites. A web link is also provided so the live status of each site is available, and can be viewed on a mobile device or a browser.
