My own career is proof of what’s possible at Fidelity. I grew up in the Northwest and began in a small private escrow company in 1989. In 2000, I joined Fidelity as a branch manager in Puyallup. By 2005, I was leading escrow operations across Pierce County, expanding into a multi-county role, and in 2023 I was honored to become the State Manager for Washington. Fidelity has allowed me to grow a rewarding career while staying connected to the community I proudly call home.

If you’re considering a future with us, know that you’ll be joining a company with national strength and local heart—a team committed to excellence, innovation, and supporting one another. Together, we’re building on our success to remain the #1 choice for customers and professionals across the Pacific Northwest.

Enclosed, you’ll find our benefits package and an overview of what it means to be part of the Fidelity family. We invite you to picture your future with us and the opportunities that lie ahead.

Newsweeks #2 Most Trustworthy Companies in America 2023

Because trust plays a big part in customers' decisions about what to buy, employees' decisions about where to work and investors decisions about whether to invest, in 2022 Newsweek, in collaboration with market research partner Statista, created a list of the of the Most Trustworthy Companies in America. Their rankings were based on the results of an independent survey from a sample of about 25,000 people in the U.S. who were asked how much they agreed with statements like "I trust in this company to treat me fairly as its customer," "I believe this company offers good opportunities for career development" and "I believe this company would be a good long-term investment." Fidelity National Financial made the list in both 2022 and 2023, and is proud to be the only title company to make the list.

#364 Best Employers for Diversity 2023

To find out which companies have made progress on this front, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to create the sixth annual list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity. To determine the rankings, Statista surveyed more than 45,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Participants were asked to anonymously rate their organizations based on criteria such as age, gender, ethnicity, disability and LGBTQ+ equality, as well as general diversity.

#35 Most Cybersecure Companies 2023

Companies were ranked based on a variety of factors, such as network security, potential malware exploits, regularity of patches, and the robustness of the company’s cybersecurity team. Companies must have had at least $1 billion in 2022 revenue and no breaches since January 1, 2022. (Only title company on the list)
