Concern for the safety of our employees, the need to maintain the building and the associated workplaces, as well as our responsibility to the general public, require us to pay due attention to fire protection.

These fire safety regulations contain instructions and rules for fire prevention, firefighting and behavior in the event of a fire. The primary aim is to protect life and health and safeguard material assets. The time factor plays a special role here.

These fire safety regulations are aimed at all employees, visitors, external staff and contractors. All persons employed by Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP are therefore obliged to contribute to the prevention of fires through their behavior. Welding, flame cutting, soldering, abrasive cutting or similar hot work requires special safety measures (e.g. provision of extinguishing equipment, provision of a fire watch) written permission from the building management.
