TRENDING @FGCU_WBB - The Eagles are 20-2 all-time in the ASUN tournament over seven-plus appearances, including Friday’s win over NJIT. They have entered as the No. 1 seed in seven of the eight appearances, made it to the final every year and captured the championship five times. - The Eagles have won 17 straight entering today, which is tied for the fourthlongest in the nation. - FGCU received 10 votes in the latest AP poll (30th-most) and are projected as a No. 14 seed in Charlie Creme’s latest NCAA Tourney Bracketology. - The tournament’s No. 1 seed has advanced to the championship game in each of the past seven seasons. The last time it didn’t happen was in the 2010-2011 when No. 2 Stetson took down No. 5 Jacksonville.
