WELCOME BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MITCH KUDLER WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mitch was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and later moved to Pacifica, CA, where he completed high school. He began his automotive career in trade school in Arizona and started as a service technician at Stanford Lincoln Mercury. He quickly advanced to service advisor and then Service Manager for the Tom Price Group. In 2001, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later joined iMotors, a large dot-com, as Director of Operations. That experience paved the way for his leadership role at Niello Audi’s service and parts department.

Mitch further developed his skills through the NADA Dealer Academy and became Director of Operations for Audi San Francisco and Royal Automotive Group. He later joined the Findlay organization to launch a new Audi location, where he spent over four years building partnerships and supporting charities in the Modesto community. He was recruited to Price Simms Automotive as VP of Fixed Operations, and later stayed with Simms after the company split, helping develop and grow their new dealer group as VP of Operations, focusing on service, parts, and collision center excellence.

Mitch believes success comes down to strong people and processes. In his free time, he enjoys Taekwondo, weightlifting, scuba diving, and riding motorcycles. He attributes his success to his wife Kris and sons Evan and Ethan.

John Bassett is the General Manager of Solano Town Center with over 20 years of experience in retail asset management, leasing, operations, and development.

He holds a California Real Broker License and has led high-performing teams, overseen major capital projects, and built strong relationships with tenants, local businesses, and community partners.

Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to supporting local economic growth, John is excited to serve on the Chamber's Board of Directors and contribute to the continued success of the Fairfield-Suisun business community.

CHARMAINE GANDY WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Charmaine, a Fairfield resident of over 30 years, is a passionate community advocate and small business owner based in Suisun. With more than 15 years of experience in public affairs and community benefit at Kaiser Permanente, she has led impactful initiatives across the Napa-Solano Service Area. As a Community Benefit Specialist, Charmaine manages a $1M annual budget, oversees sponsorships, donations, and volunteer programs, and ensures alignment with community health goals.

Her background includes project management, grant administration, event coordination, and strategic planning. She also brings expertise in compliance reporting (SB697), database management, and collaboration across communications, media, and government relations.

A graduate of CSU Sacramento with a degree in Social Work and a Project Management Certification, Charmaine applies a strategic lens to advancing public health and community partnerships.

Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mother of three college students and actively supports local causes and businesses.

DIANNE F. JONES

Dianne Jones, CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor), has been a Financial Advisor with TCU since 2015, bringing over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

She serves the Gateway Branch in Fairfield and clients in Vallejo and Benicia. A long-time resident of Fairfield, CA, Dianne also served as the Chief Ambassador for the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce.

Passionate about her community, she is an avid pickleball player, an active member of the Fairfield Pickleball Club, and serves as a Children’s Pastor at Thrive Church in Vacaville. Married to Jarrod for 18 years, she shares her home with two dogs and two cats.

CAMERON MACIAS WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Cameron Macias is the cohost of The L3 Perspective and runs the only podcast studio in Solano County, California. A leadership coach and founder of Forward Learning Group, Cameron specializes in helping organizations elevate their people, processes, and programs.

With over 18 years in the Air Force, he has pioneered innovative solutions that saved millions, advanced female representation in special operations, and ensured recruiting continuity during COVID through digital processes.

Cameron has coached thousands of leaders globally, drawing on his communication skills developed while attending over 12 schools in the Bay Area.

Today, he empowers organizations to thrive in dynamic and ever-changing environments. Even with all that, Cam is happily married with six children, ages 7 to 16.

As a Director of transportation at MV Transportation, Terrence is focused on driving progress and supporting our region.

His passion lies in bringing vital awareness to transportation needs and ensuring we develop a sustainable, economical, and future ready transportation system that benefits all of California.

His mission is aligned with Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commernce to improve the local economic base through active advocacy and programs to assist members and our community.

SANDRA WHALEY WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sandra Whaley is a Sacramento native, healthcare professional, and dedicated community leader. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from CSU Sacramento and has built her career around emergency medical services and community wellbeing.

As Vice President of Communications and Finance and co-owner of Medic Ambulance, Solano County’s exclusive ALS ambulance provider, Sandra plays a key role in operations and quality assurance. A certified Emergency Medical Dispatcher and EMD reviewer, she led Medic’s Communication Center to earn national ACE accreditation. In 2022, she was honored as one of the American Ambulance Association’s “40 Under 40.”

Sandra is also active in civic life, serving as VP of the Fairfield HOST Lions Club and holding board positions with Rebuilding Together Solano County, the Solano County Community Healthcare Board, and Archway Recovery Services. Her work reflects a strong commitment to public health, volunteerism, and strengthening local communities.

MONTE HOOVER WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Monte Hoover is an Emeritus Board Member and former owner of Gillespie’s Abbey Carpet & Floor, one of Solano County’s oldest family businesses. For 50 years, he led the company to numerous honors, including multiple Business of the Year awards and the Spirit of Solano Award. Today, he continues to support the business as Community Outreach Manager.

Monte has held leadership roles across the community, including Chair of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of the Busch Campus Business Park Association, founding member of the Northbay Contractors Alliance, and past chair of the Travis Regional Armed Forces Committee. He’s also served as an Honorary Commander at Travis AFB and sits on advisory boards for education and youth development programs.

He holds a Marketing and Management degree from Solano Community College and multiple professional certifications. Widely known as the “Voice of Fairfield,” Monte often emcees parades and local events. His personal mission is to inspire integrity and excellence in local youth.

In his free time, Monte enjoys life with his wife Sharon, their chocolate lab Kona, and their large extended family. He loves golfing, fishing, gardening, and relaxing at their Lake Shastina home.

SHAWN SMITH WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

A lifelong Solano County resident, Shawn Smith holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from Sacramento State University.

He currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst in Fairfield’s Information Technology Department, where he manages contracts, budgets, communications, and special projects.

Shawn is passionate about community engagement and business process improvement.

He’s an active member of the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee and has served in various leadership roles, including:

DEREK BROMSTEAD WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

As Director of Commercial Leasing and Transactions at Wiseman Commercial, Derek oversees day-to-day leasing operations and third-party brokerage activity. He brings extensive experience from the hospitality, construction, and tech industries.

Prior to joining Wiseman, he managed restaurant operations at a large brewery, led building and construction teams, and held consulting and business operations roles at Oracle Hospitality’s Global Business Unit.

Earlier in his career, Derek worked in high-tech consulting, managing multimillion-dollar sales territories and leading market development, staffing, and P&L for enterprise clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Northern Illinois University and is a licensed real estate sales associate in California.

Outside the office, Derek enjoys life with his wife and four children. He’s an avid pickleball and golf player who loves hiking, biking, and exploring the California outdoors. Wiseman Commercial, Inc.

TERRY LENOIR WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Terry LeNoir is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience helping middle-income families take control of their financial future. Based in Suisun City, Terry runs a successful agency and holds multiple licenses, including Life & Health, Series 6, 63, 26, and a Mortgage Loan Originator license.

Through his partnership with PFS Investments Inc., a Primerica broker-dealer, Terry teaches clients the fundamentals of “How Money Works™.” His work focuses on debt reduction, financial protection, and helping families save and invest with confidence.

Over the years, he has positively impacted thousands of lives by providing access to practical, empowering financial education and solutions.

Terry is deeply committed to serving underserved communities and giving back. Alongside his spouse, he supports church organizations and nonprofits focused on the needs of at-risk youth, both locally and in his former community of Los Angeles.

BRIDGET JOHNSON WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bridget Johnson serves as the Market President for Valley Strong Credit Union's San Joaquin and Solano Markets. With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Bridget began her career with Bank of America in the late 1990s, progressing through roles from Teller to Mortgage Loan Officer, developing a strong foundation in both leadership and financial expertise.

Since joining Valley Strong in 2015, Bridget has held several key positions, including Mortgage Loan Officer, Underwriter, and Branch Manager. Her leadership expanded following the merger with Financial Center Credit Union, where she was appointed Head of Retail Delivery for San Joaquin County. In 2022, Solano County was added to her responsibilities.

As Market President, Bridget leads teams across both counties, driving sales, enhancing service, ensuring operational excellence, and building meaningful community partnerships.

She is known for her uplifting leadership style and dedication to developing others. Her goal is to lead by example, foster growth, and create a culture of positivity, structure, and success.

CHUCK TIMM WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Chuck Timm is a longtime Fairfield resident and dedicated public servant with more than 40 years of experience in law enforcement, local government, and community leadership.

He served two terms on the Fairfield City Council (2007–2011, 2014–2022), including eight years as Vice Mayor, where he focused on city budgets, policy development, and community engagement.

Chuck began his career with the Fairfield Police Department in 1976, rising to the rank of Sergeant. He supervised patrol officers and detectives, served as Public Information Officer, and was recognized as “Top Cop” and “Manager of the Year” in 1993.

He holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Solano Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Golden Gate University. Chuck continues to serve his community through roles on several boards, including Valley Strong Credit Union, The Leaven, the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce, and the Fairfield Sewer District.

He is also President of the Eastridge Homeowners’ Association. Chuck’s lifelong commitment to Fairfield reflects his passion for public service, leadership, and community improvement.

KARI RADER WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Passionate about improving people’s lives, Kari has been helping the homeless for the past 19 years in Solano County. She was instrumental in the creation of Women’s Living and Support Systems, a transitional housing program in Redwood City.

After working in the for-profit sector, Kari engaged in the nonprofit sector, providing skilled support for running a nonprofit like a business. She became a Master ROMA Trainer (Results-Oriented Management and Accountability).

Kari is highly focused on community collaboration and the generation of outcomes. She has considerable experience and success in grant writing and has obtained and managed grants from HUD, the State of CA, and local grants.

Kari currently sits on the Fairfield Suisun Chamber of Commerce Bord of Directors. She was born and raised in San Francisco, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon, and has been a Solano resident since 1999.

JUSTIN LEGRAD LOGAN WELCOME TO OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Justin LeGrand-Logan is an accomplished automotive industry executive with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning dealership operations, real estate strategy, and business development.

With deep roots in the Solano and Napa County communities, Justin has led the expansion and transformation of automotive retail platforms through strategic acquisitions, fixed operations growth, and integrated sales and service initiatives.

Justin is known for his ability to lead through complexity, build high-performance teams, and deliver sustainable value across all areas of the dealership enterprise. His career has been marked by a commitment to operational excellence, peoplecentered leadership, and long-term market impact.

Beyond the automotive industry, Justin is a devoted husband and proud father of two. He serves faithfully as the Men’s Ministry Director at Covenant Church in Berkeley, where he leads with passion, integrity, and a heart for spiritual growth and community transformation. His life and leadership are grounded in faith, family, and a deep sense of purpose in business and ministry.
