Guidelines to Address Issues Encountered by the Applicants during Online Registration 1.)APPLICANT TYPE Kindly choose: •

FRESHMAN -SHS - if you are currently a grade 12 student, and if you are part of the Senior High School graduating class of School Year: 2020-2021

•

Freshman HS - if you are a High School graduate

•

Freshman ALS - if you are an Alternative Learning System passer

•

Transferee if have enrolled or taken college or vocational units in other colleges, universities, or vocational schools.

If you have chosen FRESHMAN -SHS as your applicant type, please make sure to choose AY:2021-2022 “1ST SEMESTER”.

2.)WRONG CAMPUS/ CHANGE OF CAMPUS If you wish to study in FEU Manila or Makati or if you want to enroll to the extension programs of Manila in FEU Cavite such as BA Communication, AB Political Science, and BS Medical Technology, please make sure to choose "The Far Eastern University, Inc." upon registration.

This application is valid only for the 3 campuses.

If you wish to change your campus, kindly email admissions@feu.edu.ph and provide the following: 1. Full name 2. Registered email 3. 4.)LACKING REQUIREMENTS For the last part of the application form, you may upload only your Grade 11 Report Card or Recently Issued Grade 12 Report Card.

Other documents like PSA Birth Certificate, Certificate of Candidacy, and photocopy of Diploma are being requested only during enrollment.

5.)GWA CONCERNS For the GWA from elementary to SHS, you may leave these fields blank or put two zeros.

6.)TELEPHONE NUMBER For the Telephone/ landline number, you may try to leave it blank or put seven zeros if this is not applicable to you.

7.)ADD SCHOOL REQUEST/ NAME OF SCHOOL NOT FOUND To address this issue, please use keywords in searching the name of your school (e.g. FEU or FAR instead of Far Eastern University).

If your school is still not found, kindly email admissions@feu.edu.ph and provide the complete details of your school: NAME OF SCHOOL: STREET NAME: BARANGAY: TOWN OR MUNICIPALITY: PROVINCE: COUNTRY: SUBJECT OF EMAIL: FEU APPLICATION: SCHOOL NOT FOUND Please follow this format for us to promptly determine your request.

8.)NAME IS TAKEN, I cannot proceed with my registration Students are only allowed to register once. If you are re-registering and cannot proceed, please email admissions@feu.edu.ph Kindly provide the following information: 1. Full name 2. Registered email (SUBJECT OF EMAIL: NAME IS TAKEN IN THE REGISTRATION)

9.)IF Freshman SHS is selected as your applicant type, you are required to fill-out the name of your school, degree/track, and your expected year of graduation under Education Information tab.

If your school is still not found, kindly email admissions@feu.edu.ph and send the complete details of your school with the following information: NAME OF SCHOOL: STREET NAME: BARANGAY: TOWN OR MUNICIPALITY: PROVINCE: COUNTRY: SUBJECT OF EMAIL: FEU APPLICATION: SCHOOL NOT FOUND Please follow the format so we can reply to your email promptly.

10.) When logging-in, I am given a prompt that I am currently LOGGED IN ANOTHER COMPUTER. First thing to do is to log-out your account from all your devices. Please make sure to remember your username and password before you sign out. Kindly use a laptop when accomplishing the form.

Use an incognito window. Then, try to log-in again after 20-30 minutes.
