WELCOME to another fun filled OzAsia Festival. This year we present 50 different events that capture the vibrancy of contemporary Asia. Inside our theatres, Akram Khan’s Until the Lions retells an intimate story from The Mahabharata. We explore 100 years of Singaporean history in the epic theatre production Hotel by W!ld Rice. And for the young at heart, Japan’s virtual music superstar Hatsune Miku will perform the vocaloid opera The End. Moon Lantern Festival returns along with Lucky Dumpling Market, the outdoor festival hub filled with free music, workshops, roving performances, and an array of the best local Asian cuisine. OzAsia Festival continues to lead the way as Australia’s major arts festival engaging with Asia, making a strong contribution to Adelaide’s unique reputation as Australia’s festival city.
