is the first of its kind expansion for the Miami-Dade College Eduardo J. Padrón Campus, located in the historic neighborhood of Little Havana, Miami.
The plaza will include a variety of program open to both the public and studentsincluding a bookstore and café, public art gallery, 8,000 sq-ft. fitness center, and brandnew student housing, accomodating over 320 students.
Traditional university-style living is welcomed to this urban campus by introducing an elevated ground floor, offering open green spaces and a swimming pool, exclusively for Miami-Dade College students.
