- Professional formation
I started to take art classes in the beginning of the 2000s decade at Museum Lasar Segal (woodcut) and Panamericana School of Art and Design (oil on canvas), both in São Paulo. Since then, I took several classes on Art History and Theory in a couple of art institutions (e.g. Museum of Art of São Paulo MASP, and Contemporary Museum of Art MAC from USP). From 2013 to 2016 I have made my Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of São Paulo (USP).

In the Bachelor of Fine Arts, I focused my production mainly on Ceramics, but I have also developed lots of works in Woodcuts, Etchings, Lithography, Silkscreen and Collages.

Before studying art I have had a solid formation in Environmental Engineering (Bachelor and a MSc at USP) between 2004 and 2012. Because of that, certain processes related to ceramics are a lot easier for me to manipulate (firing kilns, firing atmospheres, glazes composition, clays etc.). I develop my own glazes with local ingredients (brazilian minerals), without barium, cadmium, cobalt, lead, tin, lithium, zinc or other toxic components.

Germany. I worked as an Engineer for one year in a corporation and also gave classes in university (at Uninove for three semesters three nights per week, between 2013 and 2014).
