Specsavers Ópticas Reveals the Hottest Eyewear Trends of 2024

2024 has brought a new wave of trends which are dominating the runways and high street. To help style enthusiasts elevate their look and dial up their ‘frame game’ in 2024, Specsavers Ópticas has revealed its eyewear trends of the year.

One of the top eyewear trends to watch out for this year is Geometrics, evolving to be more experimental with bold shapes; incorporating more angles combined with softer lines in the same style of frame. Geometric frames are a modern, cool yet wearable shape, ranging from popular hexagonal lenses to more avant-garde shapes. Modern “aviators” are a key part of this trend, and many have a 60s and 70s inspiration. Online searches for geometric sunglasses increased by 40% month-onmonth from November to December last year and we expect this trend to continue into 2024.

Playful trends such as Dopamine Brights will continue to emerge as fashion becomes increasingly more colourful and search volumes for dopamine dressing are rising year-on-year. Expect to see bright yellows, fiery reds, cobalt blues, luminous greens and pink pops. Tinted lenses started to rise in popularity last Autumn, and the spring/summer 2024 runway shows from the likes of Louis Vuitton also featured this trend, so it’s set to only grow in popularity. This is a subtle take on coloured lenses, combining aspects of last season’s trending wraparounds but with an acetate, colourful and transparent twist. The key colours are brown and yellow, with yellow being the most popular here in Spain.

The increasing love of brave and bold vintage styles can be accredited to the dramatic rise in demand for subversive 60’s and 70’s styles. There was a 127% and 118% increase in search volume for 70s and 60s designs respectively, inspired by retro film releases and high-end designers featuring the style on the runways.

For the classic style seekers among us, you’ll be pleased to hear that classic frames are not going away any time soon. Cat eye and supersized frames remain popular, each with their own updated twist for the year ahead.

Specsavers Ópticas glasses and sunglasses collections are made up of frames from top designer brands, Specsavers’ own styles and classic shapes, from just €29. Find out more at www.specsavers.es.

House Insurance Cover

Your property is likely to be your most valuable asset, and needs the right protection.

I regularly have extolled the virtues of Liberty’s fully comprehensive house policy. When asking the right questions, you will discover that many house insurance policies are inadequate. You do need to read the small print on your house policy, including checking that you have all the coverage you require.

One of the very important issues when discussing house insurance is the amount of contents cover, always remembering that with Spanish Home insurance the kitchen is included in the contents, not the buildings. Also there is a wonderful extra you can add to your policy and that is accidental damage, which is unique to Liberty Seguros and covers many breakages and claims within the home. Therefore can I please ask you all to double check the coverage of your home policies, whether you are with Jennifer Cunningham Insurance and Liberty, or another company, to understand the cover you actually have. Finding out you have the incorrect and insufficient coverage when you want to make a claim is far too late.

My consultants are currently working on assessing the home policies, and if they feel you would benefit with increased, additional coverage, they will contact you at renewal. In the meantime, if you have any concerns or questions, please contact one of my offices and we will be able to give you the advice you require and answer any questions.

We also have optional guarantees available, which include dangerous dog liability, public liability for mobility vehicles, cover for electric vehicle chargers, and illegal occupation if the policy is for a second home and unpaid rent if you are a landlord renting your property. If you have expensive garden furniture, we can increase the cover for these. We can also offer increased cover for valuable objects and jewellery in event of theft with violence.

We can tailor your house policy to suit your own individual needs.

If you require any further information or a quotation, please contact one of my offices, email info@jennifercunningham.net or visit the website www.jennifercunningham.net.

We are now moved into our new home and it has got the approval from the grandchildren so all is good. Also, darling daughter says that she is happy with our choice of purchase for 'her inheritance'. She said she would also like a say in our new kitchen as it is going to be hers as well in the long run. Just love her sense of humour. It is safe to say that the contents of a big house do not fit into a smaller apartment however hard you try. Again darling daughter to the rescue of 'her inheritance' as she has taken most things and told me in no uncertain terms that I had to get her approval before giving anything away. I did try to tell her that she already has a house full and did not need more stuff - to which she replied that it is her problem and not mine!

It will take a while to get our stamp on the place but I am already so happy here, loving the buzz of the town and the ease of popping out for everything instead of having to get in the car.

With Mother's day on the 10th, St Patrick's Day on the 17th and Easter at the end of the month there is a lot going on. Enjoy the festivities and as much as we need the rain, let's hope the weather holds for the parades.

Until next time, take care and be kind.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET TO THE MOON?

For anyone who remembers the moon landings this might seem a daft question, it took about three days to get there. Then I had an email question asking why more recent landers sent to the moon had taken so much longer, surely after fifty years we might be quicker not slower.

I thought it was a really good question so I'll try and explain without too much technical jargon, though I will have to mention Delta V, but keep reading, it's actually quite simple.

Let's start with the recent Japanese lander, it took about 26 days to get there whereas Apollo took 3 days. The biggest difference in these spacecraft is the obvious one, there were people in the Apollo craft, and they had to take food, air and power for heat plus a lot more, keeping them alive made the craft heavy, and a long journey time would have made the whole plan impossible. The Japanese, Russian and other landers are just machines and need only electricity and fuel, the electricity is free with the solar cells they use, and they design the spacecraft to use the least amount of fuel possible to keep weight and cost down.

Next we have the rockets that send these machines up there, the Americans knew they needed lots of power to get all that weight there quickly, whereas others with smaller lighter craft can take their time and use much smaller cheaper rockets to do the job.

Lastly, there's the journey itself. We don't actually fly from Earth to the moon, we go from Earth orbit to Lunar orbit, and there are many different ways of achieving this, but they're all based on something called a Hohmann transfer orbit. Imagine you're circling the Earth, and you fire an engine just briefly, that will change your circle to an ellipse. Keep doing that at just the right time and eventually your ellipse will meet the moons gravity and you'll be caught by that and enter lunar orbit. As my wife said, it's a bit like playing swing ball where you keep hitting it and it goes further out.

This is where Delta V comes in, all that really means is a change of velocity. The more fuel you have in a bigger spacecraft, the more you can change your velocity, and change orbits quickly. The Americans did it with one powerful burn, nowadays there's no hurry, so lots of fuel friendly small burns does the job. This adds up to smaller cheaper rockets that get there more slowly. Now, would you like a bit of maths to show how this all works? Only kidding, I'll save that for later.

When the planned human Lunar landings take place, possibly within the next three years, we'll see big rockets and three day travel times again, and a new sustainable future on the moon. It's taken quite a while hasn't it.

Why is backing up data so important?

The purpose of a backup is to create a copy of your data that can be recovered in the event of a primary data failure. Primary data failures can be the result of hardware or software failure, data corruption, or a human-caused event, such as a malicious attack (virus or malware), or accidental deletion of data.

We can offer pen drives and external hard drives for your backups and of course help you on the way.

If you are not sure, you can always give us a call, we are here happy to help.

Financial Advice from our family to yours

Continuity of Advice – and adviser!

Have you been able to maintain the relationship with your adviser? Or are you looking for a new adviser?

Many expatriates arrive in Spain hoping to maintain the relationship they have with their financial adviser from their previous country of residence. Unfortunately, this is not always possible and depending on the circumstances, it can be difficult for financial advisers to service clients who move to another country.

Around the world, regulators and networks are closely monitoring the relationship advisers have with clients and particular importance is being given to where clients receive advice and by who. “Best practice” would insist that clients receive the most suitable and impartial advice available, but how is this possible if the adviser is unfamiliar with the legalities and tax obligations of the new country of residence?

We have picked up many clients over the years who find themselves in a similar situation to the above and one of the most common (and pleasing) pieces of feedback we receive is that our continuity of advice – and importantly adviser - provides them with real peace of mind.

In the UK and some other countries in Europe, it is not uncommon to see financial advisers stay at the same company for years, allowing individual investors to build rapport and trust with the adviser over time. However, the situation in Spain can be quite different, with many of the larger organisations often having high turnovers of staff, potentially leaving clients without knowing who to contact. In addition to this being a costly consequence for the company itself, client's frequently have to wait an avoidable amount of time to receive responses to emails and calls. It is then a guessing game as to who may turn up to see them at the next review meeting.

At Logic, we firmly believe that, in addition to the trust and customer confidence touched on above, business and adviser continuity can significantly reduce disruptions for clients when dealing with important financial matters. Our core business objective has always been to provide clients with an unrivalled level of service and this commitment is one of the primary reasons we have picked up multiple European awards over the years.

One fundamental difference that sets us apart as a family-run business is that our clients get to know us as a family rather than individual advisers working for a particular company. In turn, we view our clients as “our” clients, as opposed to his or her clients, which you commonly find in larger companies. This, coupled with the fact we have multiple advisers qualified to UK Diploma status level, allows us to provide an uninterrupted service – one designed to last for generations to come.

If you would like to have a free, impartial chat, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can help.

Erectile Dysfunction

(ED) is when there is a persistent inability of getting and keeping an erection firm enough for sex. Men should not suffer in silence as whatever the cause, the psychosocial impact it can have on them, can be significantly detrimental to their wellbeing.

But let’s be clear it is not just the men that suffer when suffering with ED but their partners also. Surprisingly it is estimated that half of all men over the age of 40, will have at some degree suffered the problem, affecting their personal relationships and self-confidence. Now available is a non-invasive Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT), this is a clinically proven method and has been used for treating various medical conditions in the past. Treatment consists of low-intensity sound waves passing through the erectile tissue, helping to restore the natural erectile function by clearing plaque out of blood vessels and encouraging the growth of new blood vessels. The shockwave treatment offers a cure in that it reverses the problems that cause the dysfunction in the first place — the most desired win-win outcome coveted by men with ED. Making healthy lifestyle choices like taking regular exercise, drinking less alcohol, and stopping smoking can help with ED. Don’t suffer in silence and put unnecessary strain on your relationship, contact CLINICA BRITANNIA today for more information.

Mind The Gap!

While some people have missing teeth because of a sports injury, accident or trauma, most missing teeth occur because of gum disease, decay, or extraction following an infection.

Hence, it is usually the over 50s that we treat, however, with modern day technology, thankfully we can fix pretty much everything as far as tooth loss is concerned.

The three usual options are: a removable tooth or plate known as a denture, or some permanent bridge work, or a dental implant. Removable tooth or plate: a dental “plate” is a term referring to any removable dental prosthetic. This covers any type of false teeth such as full dentures, partial dentures, or a removable bridge.

Dentures

Permanent bridge work: a dental “bridge” is a fixed dental restoration used to replace one or more missing teeth by joining an artificial tooth to adjacent teeth.

Dental bridges get their name from their “bridge like structure”, the process of placing a dental bridge is not unlike building a real bridge.

Dental Implant: Dental implant surgery is a procedure that replaces a tooth root with a metal, screwlike post which is permanently embedded into the patient's jawbone. The artificial tooth that is affixed to the top of the post will look and function very much like a real tooth.

Implantz

Bridge z

How dental implant surgery is performed depends on the type of implant and the condition of your jawbone. The major benefit of implants is solid support for your new tooth - a process that requires the bone to heal tightly around the implant. Because this bone healing requires time, the process will typically take around three months, and may involve several procedures.

The advantage of a dental implant is that we don´t interfere with adjacent teeth by crowning or capping of the teeth either side of the missing tooth, dental implants are independent. Whereas with bridge work, if something goes wrong in the future with the teeth either side of the bridge, then all three teeth will be affected. The tooth part of a dental implant will usually be made of porcelain and can be colour matched to blend in and look natural with your other teeth.

As you can see, we have given the most space in the article to dental implants because they are the “ultimate” in tooth replacement for patients seeking a permanent solution for their missing teeth. With a success rate of up to 98%, they are more popular than ever.

Thai herbal compress massage

What is a Thai massage? A lady who jumps on your back and parades up and down? Gosh No! Not here at MimisKru! lol

A Thai Ball massage is an amazing first-time massage treat for anyone new to massage with aches and pains. The whole experience is relaxing, and the Thai bags give off an amazing scent of herbs to relax your inner & outer soul, full of therapeutic benefits. Each Thai bag consists of no less than 11 ingredients, the herbs are wrapped in cotton fabric and shaped and tied into a ball.

Each herbal bag is heated up and then applied to the body with a natural force using inner and outer energy. Because of the heat, it allows the therapist to go deeper into the tissue to tackle stubborn knots without damage and minimal pain compared with say a deep tissue massage. The heat will radiate down through the skin and into the muscles, easing tension and soreness. The massage technique is followed out by applying the compress in a petrissage, rolling, dabbing and rocking motion to your body and (lastly) your face.

These herbs hold so many benefits to help restore your body and also balance your internal energy through your meridian lines. A therapeutic massage not only helps ease pain but heals bruises and soothes your skin by opening the pores to allow the medicinal heat to enter and induce relaxation to your body and mind. A great treatment for osteoarthritis and muscle pain, it lowers your heart rate, lowers blood pressure and decreases feelings of anxiety. Which all contributes towards uninterrupted sleep. A medicine used in Thailand for over 400 years and still a popular natural healing treatment today. This is why I personally think this massage is a great first time treat to anyone especially as a gift to someone who has everything.

MimisKru are offering this Thai Ball aromatherapy treatment for half price during March and April.

Celebrating the Mona de Pascua

Easter and Christmas are the most joyous celebrations in the Christian calendar, commemorating, as they do, the birth and the resurrection of Jesus.

Over the centuries, many local and regional traditions have grown up around the religious celebrations in various parts of the world and our own Costa Blanca is no exception.

The Mona de Pascua is a Spanish delicacy, most closely aligned to cake, which is unique to the Costa Blanca and its near neighbours. Enjoyed on Easter Sunday and Monday in the Spanish regions of Catalonia, Valencia, and Murcia, the original recipe is thought to be several hundred years old. Some historians trace the origins of the recipe back to Roman times when the wealthy feasted and the shepherds celebrated with more simple fare including eggs and milk.

According to Joan Amades, a Catalan ethnologist of the 20th century, mentions of the Mona de Pascua were recorded as long ago as the 15th century.

The 1783 edition of the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy has the following definition: "Common to Catalonia, Valencia and Murcia, it is a cake baked with eggs in their shell at Easter, known in other parts of the Iberian Peninsula as Hornazo".

In the Costa Brava, the Mona de Pascua is thought to have Moorish origins. The Arabic term mûna, refers to a land tax which means gift or provision of food. This was frequently made by servants to the masters, in the form of an offering of eggs or agricultural product to celebrate the end of Lent for example. Nowadays, the colourful Mona de Pascua marks both the end of Lent and the early signs of Spring.

While there are various versions of the cake, it usually consists of a sweet brioche dough filled with candied fruits and topped with hard boiled eggs.

Of course, in keeping up to date with changing culinary tastes, the traditional recipe has been adapted. In Valencia, the Easter mona can now most often be found topped with a sweet egg-white caramel, instead of the traditional hard-boiled egg and in most parts of Catalonia, the eggs have been replaced by chocolate, which has now become the focus of the mona.

Back in the mid-nineteenth century, the mona began to lose its original simplicity, the ingredients were adapted – becoming ever sweeter – and the presentation more complex.

Today, the hard-boiled egg version can still be found but more frequently shops stock monas elaborately decorated with caramelised sugar, jams, sugared almonds, crunchy toppings, or silver anise, before being decorated with painted Easter eggs or figures made from porcelain, wood, cardboard, or fabric.

In Catalonia and Valencia, it is customary for godparents to give the mona to their godchild on Easter Sunday. On Easter Monday, families or groups of friends frequently make a trip to the countryside, to eat and enjoy the mona together.

Less spectacular but no less tasty, there is another star Easter dish enjoyed on the Costa Blanca at this time of year, known as torrijas. It is surprising how something so simple can have such a spectacular flavour. Stale slices of bread are soaked in red wine or milk, lemon and cinnamon are added to the mix before being dipped in beaten egg and fried in oil. They are generally served coated in a ground cinnamon and sugar mix and often further sweetened with honey or syrup.

Enjoy the Easter treats the Costa Blanca has to offer, knowing that the recipes – in one version or another – have been enjoyed by the people of this region for centuries.

Jalon Valley Help: Support for the Community

We all know that Jalon Valley Help provides help to those in our community who are in need of support due to a medical condition or emergency. They also try to find imaginative ways to raise awareness and funds to finance this community support. Their shops, whilst providing funds, also helps support everyone by offering quality products at very realistically low prices, and recently they were offering half price shopping. At the Animo centre they arrange drop-in coffee mornings and afternoon teas, as well as keep fit, both standing and sitting, with the purpose of allowing people to meet one another and to chat, as we all know how good meeting people and talking is for our well-being and mental health.

Their events, which also raise much needed funds, are structured to offer an opportunity for us all to get out, with or to meet friends and to enjoy ourselves. They are put together by a small events team, who look for different types of events, at different times and days, to offer the most varied opportunities possible. Amongst the events still being planned are a 40s-night, Fit Steps, OK Band show and games evenings with the following dates fixed for:

- 30th March – 40s Easter egg hunt,

- 4th April – Cava tasting,

- 17th April – Fashion show,

- 19th May – May Fayre in Jalon, and - 19th September – The Entertainers show. So there is no need to be on your own, start now to set your personal programme of events you wish to attend. If you have spare time on your hands why not join JVH as a volunteer and become part of their family and give some of your time back to our community. Full details of these events will be provided in future articles, on posters or can be found on the JVH web site.

Don’t be Fooled.

If you were looking for someone to design you a house you would call an architect, yes? If you wanted someone to build you a house you would call a builder, yes? If you wanted a pipe or tap fixing you would call a plumber, yes?

So, when people want artificial grass why do they think they should call someone who is not a specialist in artificial grass supply and install.

To say we have run into this problem many times would be a massive understatement. We get called by a whole host of people from private clients to building developers etc who have used the wrong people to install artificial grass and unfortunately the results are always the same, a bad job, that doesn’t look good, leaves the client feeling annoyed and upset and makes the product on the whole look rubbish. It could be said that if they were saving a lot of money then it’s worthwhile, apart from most of the time, the prices for their work is often the more expensive than our price. So, you see where I am coming from, I often say to people if you can get a better price then the other company is not employing specialists, and, or using a far more inferior product, it’s as simple as that. Our results speak for themselves - we have many clients back to do new work for them again, and sometimes even years after us initially working for them. Our results and products speak for themselves, you may always be able to get a cheaper quote but you really have to ask why it's cheaper and look at the back ground of the company. We have hundreds of happy clients. Be sensible, go green and go for the company that has been installing artificial grass for over 18 years now. Not just same `yes´man, who can do everything, because the truth is they cannot and it may cost you a lot of money to rectify.

- 6th March – Benidorm Residential for the Red Cross.

- 15th May - Benitachell Bowls Club

- 6th June: SCAN at Los Arcos.

- 28th June – U3A Vall del Pop at Los Arcos.

- 6th September – U3A Denia at Los Arcos.

- 19th September – Jalon Valley Help at Los Arcos.

The Entertainers performances in the beautiful garden at Los Arcos are always special nights so make sure you book up early. You can follow the Entertainers on Facebook at The Entertainers Marina Alta and they look forward to seeing you at their events later this year.

Kit said she was fine. She lied. She said she didn’t care. She cared deeply.

Hello, I’m Hilary

In 2001 I met the biological mother I’d never known. I’ve needed to write about my feelings and experiences ever since but haven’t felt strong enough to do so ... until now, twenty-odd years later.

In 2010 I travelled to New York on a luxury cruise ship. It was a mind-blowing experience - my dinner table housed an ex-debutant who owned a chain of fashion shops throughout America, the President of the Walt Disney Resort, Florida (who once escorted Princess Diana and the boys around) plus other unusual and fascinating people. Why I was put on that table I’ll never know but as an author it was God-given.

My head is now in a place where I feel able to write about feelings associated with adoption and I’ve done so in the setting of a luxurious cruise ship. The book is fiction (drawn from real life) and starts at the beginning of the journey ... the biological

SIBILINGS KIT’S STORY is one of control, deception, infertility and guilt, but most of all it’s one of a young woman who longs to be loved. The moment she discovers her dark past everything falls into place, and as the sobering close-up of a richly intriguing family unfolds she realises that she will need to face up to the lies that have been woven around her and put them in the past. Kit’s journey on the luxurious cruise ship is going to be one of the most challenging of all, but whether it has a happy ending depends upon how brave she can be and whether she can shake off the shackles of outside control. For Kit there’s everything to play for but time is running out ...

I’ve been writing women’s fiction with grittier twists for many years and I like my readers to enjoy romantic fiction for grownups but along the way I promise to pull heart strings and offer smiles. I am an award-winning author and this is my fourth novel.

Walk Your Way Well

Regular readers of Focus On magazine may well remember an incredible fundraising campaign that many of us supported in 2022. Mr. Berend Crans, our favourite local pilgrim, walked 1200km alone from Jávea to Santiago de Compostela to raise funds for Cancer Care Jávea. In total our local community raised almost €5000 and Berend forever left his mark on Cancer Care Jávea and so many others in our neighbourhood. What a legend!

The Walk Your Way Well tribe was an integral part of the success of this fundraiser. We walked with him, we bought cake, we held raffles and we cheered him along from the sidelines. I was so proud to be part of such a momentous event and to offer support to Berend on his gruelling and exciting journey.

And now for a special announcement: I am delighted to tell everyone that I am helping Berend to tell his story! And we would LOVE you to be there. On the 12th of March at 10am, Berend will make a presentation at the DAR Community Centre. Berend will tell tales of his journey and offer priceless information about the Camino Santiago. If you have ever been tempted to walk some of the Camino, then this morning promises to be a VERY informative event.

There will be Tarta de Santiago (sponsored by Vives Pons Denia). There will be a raffle with all proceeds going to Cancer Care Jávea. And the best news is, it is FREE ENTRY! So, why not support Berend, learn more about the Camino and help Cancer Care Jávea to continue supporting people in the community affected by cancer? Limited places so book soon +34 676 507 791.

Each month I organise walks that cover hikes on the Camino del Alba. This is the official Camino Santiago route that departs from Jávea. A beautiful stretch and well worth investigating. Come along and have a chat with me about this on the 12th of March. Meet other pilgrims. Ask questions. Oh, and of course, eat cake! Buen Camino.

The English Choir, Teulada

Behind every organisation there lies a group of hard working people who give their time and energy to keeping the machine running smoothly.

Although everyone has played their part, Di Leary in particular has taken on multiple roles to keep The English Choir, Teulada on track, and at this years recent AGM, was presented with a beautiful bouquet by Peter Ayling (vice president) in thanks for her amazing organisational skills and motivation.

We have now elected other members of the choir to fill those vacant roles, as we move into 2024 with renewed ideas, enthusiasm, and energy. Di will stay in the choir, doing what she enjoys most, "just singing", and will be a strong anchor in the Alto section with her beautiful and steady voice. Thank you Di and the retiring committee, the members who are continuing with their roles, and the newbies who will add their own personal touch and dedication to the choir. Currently we are arranging our calendar for upcoming Choir performances and these will be posted far and wide in the near future.

If you wish to come and join us for a practice session, we are in the pensionistas building (first floor), opposite the Teulada town hall on Thursday's at 2.45pm every week. We are a multinational, friendly choir, always ready to welcome new members.

Delicious food was prepared by members Jo Cockshott and Irene Staveley and the wine flowed. New members were welcomed and a U3A UK holiday maker went away wishing she lived here. Requests for another event at YODEL were made and the next one will take place on Tuesday 9 April. Volunteers for food help would be great. Thanks were given to Dennis and his team for their help.

The padel group decided to don the colours of the "Heart" for Valentine's day and enjoy two hours of fun at Club de Tenis Calpe. Padel is the fastest growing sport in the World. A mix between Squash and Tennis played in doubles! Visit the Calpe U3A website for more details and get involved in this fun sport. Pam Phakey. www.u3acalpe.org

Can you give an older cat a home?

An interesting initiative has been launched on the Cumbre del Sol for people to provide a loving home for older cats in the community. Cat lovers have the opportunity to welcome an ageing feline into their home and will be given free cat food and vet bills for the rest of their new companion’s life.

Older cats face many challenges in the wild, which affects their well-being. Some are house cats, which have been abandoned, while others are timid strays which have become friendly animals, thanks to the care of the people who feed and look after them on the streets.

Now the CumbreCats Elderly Cat Adoption Programme is looking for people to take in these older felines and is offering to fund their upkeep. Anyone interested will need to register their name, address, phone number and NIE number. They will then be contacted once a suitable feline is found by the group’s dedicated cat caregivers.

A CumbreCats representative will visit the adoptive parents to provide information and supply food or funds, along with vouchers from the group’s vet Veronica in Benitachell, to ensure the well-being of the cat.

The project benefits both partners. The cat gets the love and care it deserves while the new parents gain an affectionate pet without the financial burden.

To sign up for the CumbreCats Elderly Cat Adoption Programme, send an email to CumbreCats@gmail.com.
