Prayer Garden
As a testament to our community’s tireless work, dedication, and many generous private donations over the past three years, we are pleased to announce that our Prayer Garden is complete! This beautiful space is the result of collective efforts and is ready for prayer, restoration, and many other opportunities. Chaplain Dan Brookey shared that he wanted to build an outdoor area that is quiet and peaceful for prayer and meditation, as the indoor space was limited. "The main thing we are looking for is to bring people to God", Chaplain Dan explained. He is glad the residents of Surprise have a sacred space where they can enjoy the quiet area. He hopes the space can be used not only as a peaceful space, but for bible studies, services, prayer times and private memorials. The Prayer Garden is wonderful for connection, reflection, and growth.
Thank you to all who were involved in making this space, and to the many generous donors who made it possible.
