Integrated Township -Project In India Early Concept Stage Was Design In Coordination With Atkins. the garden city concept is characterised by a group of selfcontained communities surrounded by “greenbelts” (parks), which improve environmental quality, increase social wellbeing, and expands cultural engagement. they are planned on a concentric pattern with open spaces, public parks and radial boulevards. water is a key element in the project, along with vegetation full fill public areas. different pools acquire organic forms that are opening gaps between the buildings , giving a more natural appearance to the place . this land has not very much split-levels and buildings tend to the horizontality , as far they are fully inserted in the dense vegetation. related to the architectural design of the typology of rooms, we find ample living areas , with private pools and terraces. it is an essential part of the project idea to continue transmitting the image of a single family residence despite being a hotel complex in india. as a project co-ordinator involved in landuse , area calculations , green spaces , circulations ( road network ) , urban design , and feasibility reports study , tender documents.

Group Housing - UAE Concept Proposed In Coordination With Ministry Of Energy Dubai-UAE. Islamic architecture which developed in the region. Its main features are simplicity, functionality, durability and suitability for climatic environments and social life. The courtyard houses are an aspect of Islamic architecture and are well suited to the local climate.

Many elements of the architecture are imported from neighbouring countries, such as the wind-towers and decorative panels from Iran as well as carved doors and balconies from India.

Group Housing – Prince Khalifa Bin Sultan Structure of the group housing is based on creating a culturally symbolic, vital, contemporary and distinct arab urban form for this new city.Contemporary arab architecture. Real estate company is developing a land of nearly 42 hectares area, located 7 km near doha.Project includes commercial and residential blocks, hypermarket, retail shopping areas and restaurants in the plaza building, club house including entertainment and recreational facilities.

Hotel – Dubai 2 Basement + Gr. + 5 Floors + Roof The unique crib is made up of circular walls of glass and custom stainless windows and doors, taking advantage of the fantastic views of the city.Building has a pool and stunning outdoor entertaining areas. The plan of the building has a convex central spine containing bedrooms and the vertical circulation, flanked by two concave wings which house further bedrooms and corridors. These wings are clad in thousands of specially treated, highly reflective stainless-steel shingles creating the extraordinary effect of constantly changing colour with the passing of the day. In order to create a coherent guest experience, the treatment of the internal spaces continues the linear motifs used externally

5 Star Hotel - Abudhabhi 2 Basement + Gr. + 135 Keys + 39 Suites Deluxe Hotel Appartment Rectilinear in form, the high-rise building will have a gridded facade cladded in precast concrete terrazzo panels, speckled with marble and sandstone chips. serenity and strength weaves through the design of Dubai Hotel. Golden glazing, gray stone cladding and light grey vertical louvers combine to create an imposing, contemporary design.Lavish Interiors Giving peace and executive living. A Library equipped with latest information technology, Exhibition Halls, a Creche, as well as multi-purpose halls in the podium and the larger tower contains the offices and meeting rooms for the family advisors. The podium itself provides a spacious and pleasant external social space adjacent the foyer and restaurant for the Auditorium.

Emirates Group Housing - Alain Moraccan Style - – Retail Block Moroccan and Moorish architectural elements have been addedd successfully in design.Architecture and interor designs for concept of retail block in Emirates Group Housing following Moraccan style. Different design elements can be seen in the buildings as discussed with Alain Authority.Coffee shops , Restaurants , Retail small shops and sitting areas .

Construction and ornamentation of buildings with material selections and meetings with vendors , construction stages , bill of qunatity and surveying parts were handled as a project architect.Preparing design and submission documents.Providing details to qunatity surveyor for preaparing bill of quantity , Checking preliminary stage.Material listing and costing with green building codes.co-ordinating with Mechanical depatments.

Emirates Transport Main building block is treated as administration building & main showroom, which is connected with main service centre, workhop blocks & customer service support block. High density steel structure and corrugated sheet with heat insulation material applied in roof.

As project co-ordinator checking construction drawings before submission , revising drawings as per authority and civil work situations , meetings with clients & preparing minutes of meetings.

Emirates Transport Middle East Centre For Sustainable Development Estidama Projects Musaffah , Dibba , Khorfakhan Project co-ordination involvement and Authority submission. Nine Service Centre and Showroom main branches located in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Western Region, Dubai, Ajman, Central Region, Ras Al Khaimah and the East Coast.Working with Steel structures details and calculation with mechanical and civil departments.

Commercial Luxury Car Show Room And Service Centre The idea was to collect a number of disparate offices in different buildings into a single building. The exterior context pushing against the interior context.

It’s the membrane between those two; the push and pull between the two different agendas.

The base of this building had to be interesting not only to the people in their cars, but also to the people inside the building.

Design was built to be a sustainable green building and currently seeking LEED gold certificate.

Responsible for preparing scope of work and assisting in preparing preliminary estimantion with design co-ordination.Checking working drawing with junior staff.

Mosque ( Masjid ) Dubai Having an opportunity to co-ordinate with client and follow up as site super-vision and work in detail and interior in two main mosque located in Dubai with approx.

800 worshipers capacity.External cladding and imam block , material selection. co-ordinating with authorities and taking approvals.As a team member involved in Hamdan bin Mohammed al Maktoum mosque competion with material seminars.Mosque design & development summit & awards by islamic affairs & charitable activities department- government of Dubai, UAE.The project has a distinctive architectural design language that has a fluid interplay between the building mass and the elements of nature; such as wind, sound, light and landscape. typical mosque space hierarchy is axial with a strong monumental approach. on the contrary I proposed a communal approach to the space of the mosque by designing the riwaq to wrap around the haram.
