The project arose from the client’s requirement of creating two buildings with different use, but connected somehow at the same time. The solution proposes to create two blocks linked by a multifuntional hall on the ground floor. This main room organizes the flow of users of both buildings, bringing in the patio as an element to let vegetation in. The idea is to create a white rug that folds and wraps the final volume, drilled only when windows are needed and enriching consequently the encoded composition of both facades. El proyecto surge del condicionante único exigido por el cliente: crear dos edificios de uso independiente pero sin embargo comunicados entre sí. La solución propone crear dos bloques conectados por un amplio vestíbulo multifuncional en planta baja, que actúa como articulación de flujos además de introducir el patio como elemento singular en esa gran plataforma. La idea recrea una alfombra blanca que se pliega y adapta a la volumetría, únicamente perforada para situar ventanas donde se precisa, atendiendo a criterior bioclimáticos y a su vez codificando el lenguaje de las fachadas. 58
