Toy Nest and Fit4Mom Co-hosting Family Fun at Cherry Hill Park

The Toy Nest and Fit4Mom are co-hosting Family Fun at Cherry Hill Park on Sunday, Oct. 18 from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. The event will take place on the basketball court at 312 Park Avenue in Falls Church. Moms can participate in movement and fitness fun while caregivers and dads can enjoy outdoor games with children. Kensington Falls Church Sponsoring Pilates with Ashley Templar

Understanding the importance of physical fitness to mental health and the aging process, the Kensington Falls Church is sponsoring Pilates with Ashley Templar, a free class by Body Dynamics Inc., on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 2 p.m. This is part of a series of fitness classes the Kensington is sponsoring to enable Body Dynamics to offer them for free. Future classes, all sponsored by The Kensington, include Functional Movement with Lisa Clarkson scheduled for Oct. 29, and Recharge in 20 with Jorge Villabos is set for Nov. 5. Homestretch Virtually Celebrating 30 Years

Endocrinology Group Moved Locations to 200 Park Avenue

The Endocrinology Group has moved from its previous location in Arlington to 200 Park Avenue in Falls Church. The new three-story building includes 5000 square feet of outpatient clinical areas on the first two floors, as well as an upper level with a more than 700 square foot rentable event space, including a large conference room with adjacent galley kitchen, and dedicated parking lot. Four dedicated private offices are also available for rent on the upper level.
