Applicants were from across the flooring industry: manufacturing (72%), installation (15%), retail (4%), and other sectors (9%).
Glenda, who lives in Georgia, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease which requires 24/7 care. Her husband, Charles, is retired from being a lift truck operator in the flooring industry. Thanks to an FCIF grant, they received support for caregiver services. utilities, medical care, food, and transport costs.
