Adams ~ Commodity Manager In 1998 Vina joined the team at Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited, in the supply chain department as an assistant purchasing agent in Food and Beverage. Her promotion to Purchasing Agent, then Senior Purchasing Agent and currently Commodity Manager, is a direct result of her dedication, hard work and commitment to the company. As Commodity Manager in Food and Beverage Purchasing, Vina is responsible for sourcing products and negotiating contracts for vessels globally. In addition to sourcing the Beverage category, for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., she continues to maintain close contact with the Caribbean with whom she has worked successfully, in order to develop and enhance local purchasing. Vina was voted employee of the year in 1999 & in 2012 was awarded Supply Chain Ahead of the Curve employee.
Christopher S. Allen ~ Associate Vice President, Global Deployment & Itinerary Planning Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises & Azamara Club Cruises Christopher Allen is the Associate Vice President of Deployment & Itinerary Planning for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara Club Cruises. Christopher has been involved with Deployment and Itinerary Planning since early 2007 and has had the pleasure of partnering with many destinations within FCCA and globally. Christopher joined Royal Caribbean in 1997 and prior to his current role has held the position of Manager for Revenue Management as well as Director of Revenue Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Christopher held several roles in the commercial real estate field in Washington, D.C. Christopher grew up in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rollins College and an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Christopher and his wife and his triplet sons live in Miami, Florida.

Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises James Boink has been with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. for over thirteen years. In his current position he serves as the Director of Commercial Development. James manages the development of new port projects and related investments, while overseeing the growing portfolio of existing investments to support the company’s strategic and financial growth objectives throughout the world. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean in 2000, James worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and was the Director of Administration for Southern Air Transport. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester, the University of Miami School of Law and holds an MBA from Franklin University. James and his wife, Raphael, have three children and live in Miami, Florida.
