We are rolling out a new billing tool on September 1, 2025, to better serve you and your team. Along with this launch, your group will be transitioned to an Easy Pay billing model by September 1.
This means a simpler, more automated experience with fewer manual steps and improved accuracy. Here are some key benefits of being an Easy Pay Client:
Accurate Billing – Based on real-time data from THEbenefitsHUB
Simple Payments – Pay the amount shown, no manual adjustments needed
Seamless Updates – Changes made after billing are automatically applied to your next invoice or can be reflected by regenerating the bill after updates are made in THEbenefitsHUB
