Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of 1 or 2 years of hands-on landscape experience and/or Minimum education of a two or four year degree in a landscape related degree, general degree with coursework in the landscape field or certification by a landscape association.
CREW MEMBER - responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Frequently must reach at or above shoulder level and below shoulder level. Considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Tasks require constant alertness and considerable mental concentration due to degree of difficulty, irregularity and variety. Stress due to pressures with dealing with a number of different personalities where patience is required.
