Fay Welcomes New Trustees Fay is delighted to welcome five new members to the Board of Trustees. As past and current parents, alumni, and friends of Fay, they bring an impressive breadth of experience and wisdom, and we are grateful for their dedication and commitment to our school’s future.

CYNTHIA CONIGLIARO, P ’20, ’23 Southborough, MA Cynthia is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where she majored in psychology and Spanish. She also completed a dual master’s program at Boston College and earned an MBA and MSW, focusing on marketing and non-profit management. She has held numerous marketing and sales positions at companies such as Harvard Pilgrim and Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centers in the past; currently, she is managing public relations for her husband’s firm, Conigliaro Industries, and raising children Ava, (entering grade two), and Luca (entering Pre-K). Cynthia has used her marketing expertise to Fay’s great benefit by volunteering her time to help advise on admission marketing strategy and serving on Fay’s Strategic Planning and Cultural Arts Committees.

ANN-ELIZABETH “AE” RUEPPEL, P ’13, ’15, ’20 Dover, MA AE graduated as a double major with degrees in comparative literature and Spanish from the University of California, Irvine before working in the advertising and digital media industry in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. Her most recent positions include Account Director at Viacom/Showtime Networks, Inc. in NYC, and Senior Director of Programming for Pacific Telesis' new media ventures in San Francisco. With children currently in the Primary and Lower Schools (Elizabeth ’15 and Elise ’20), and one who has gone through Fay’s Upper School (Meryl ’13, now at Noble and Greenough), AE has broad experience at Fay. She served as president of the Parents'

Association from 20102011, executive vice president from 2009-2010, vice president of Student Services from 2007-2009, and member of the Cultural Arts Committee from 2006-2007. Additionally, she serves as a volunteer for Fay's Annual Fund. She also volunteers at Noble and Greenough School, Perkins School for the Blind, Girl Scouts of America, the National Charity League, and Children's Hospital League of Boston.

ROBERT SCUMACI, P ’12, ’15, ’17 Hopkinton, MA Bob is an alumnus of Fordham University. Until 2010, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Sepracor Pharmaceuticals, now called Sunovian Pharmaceuticals; he also served as Special Assistant to the Chairman of Sepracor to oversee the integration with Sepracor’s acquirer, Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. Bob is currently the owner of Scumaci Properties, which rehabilitates homes for sale to low-income military veterans. Bob and his wife, Jennifer, have been parents at Fay since 2006, with children Jake ’12, Louis ’15, and Angela ’17 attending. Bob and Jennifer have been actively involved as parents at Fay, and Bob has served on Friends of Fay.
