a message from iSell group According to the REIV the auction clearance rate in Victoria for September was 74.5%. Our clearance rate was 92%. I would say our company holds one of the highest clearance rates in Australia not only in Keysborough. This is a key advantage to our sellers as their property is on the market for fewer days which deceases advertising costs, deceases stress, decreases time spent having to clean the home and most importantly achieves a higher than average selling price as the property isn’t stale because it hasn’t been on the market for too long.
