DIAGRAM,
一、 适用范围 SCOPE 本设备主要用于卫浴行业中淋浴管腔体的密封性测试,采用气压压力检测测试 方法。该产品能智能测试判断产品的密封性质量,测试参数及泄漏部位均可以方便 的读取。如测试产品不合格,可以直接在触摸屏方便读取。本产品测试方法简单, 避免了以前老式直接水测方法所带来的水试之后需要擦试的不利影响。 This equipment is mainly used for the air-tightness test of hose cavity in the sanitary industry, and adopts the air pressure testing method. The product can intelligently test and determine the tightness of the product, and the test parameters and the leakage location can be easily read. If the test product is not qualified, it can be read directly in the touch screen. The test method of the product is simple, to avoid the adverse effects of old fashioned water measuring method brings the water need to brush.
二、 安装要求 INSTALLMENT 1、供电电源为 220V 50Hz,设备必须安全接地! Power supply is 220V 50Hz, equipment must be securely grounded! 2、必须有通过气源过滤器处理后的干净(0.85±0.05)Mpa 的总气源。 There must be clean (0.85 ± 0.05) Mpa gas supply source through the air filter after treatment.
三 、 设 备 的 操 作 及 参 数 的 调 用 MACHINE OPERATION AND PARAMETER USAGE 1、检查电源、气源是否接好; Check the power supply, see if connect perfectly 2、检查稳压过滤器(图 1)总气压(建议调到(0.85±0.05)Mpa;检查测试气压表(图 1)(建议气压调到(0.6±0.01)Mpa, Check the filter regulator (Figure 1) total pressure (recommended transferred (0.85 ± 0.05) Mpa; check the test pressure gauge (Fig. 1) (recommended air pressure transferred (0.6 ± 0.01) Mpa,; 3、按下“触摸屏电源按钮”(图 1)启动(绿色)的按钮,进入设备信息界面,随 意点击设备信息界面的任一处,出现如下主菜单界面: press the "Touch Screen Power start button" (Figure 1) green button to enter equipment information interface, clicjk any place of equipment information interface, will show menu interface as bellow.

4、把所要测试的管件装夹到夹具底座上,点击“手动调试”进入调试夹具界面,此 界面主要功能是检测调试新夹具的密封性,以便对夹具漏气部位进行修改,另外还 可以在水箱中的水里检测调试夹具。 Fix the hose onto test fixture, click on the "manual adjusting" into the fixture adjusting interface, this interface main function is adjust the tightness testing of fixture, in order to modify the leakage site of clamp, also can be in the water of the water tank adjust test fixture. 一路夹具调试: Work position 1 clamp adjust 点击:下压→夹紧→进气→排气(点击成功红色灯变绿色),调试完之后按复 位键。 Click: press down, clamping, intake, and exhaust (click ok, the red light to green). 6、点击上图压力校准“压力校准”按钮进入如下界面进行初始差差值校正,校正为“0” 是最理想的。 Click on the pressure calibration button above to enter the following interface to correct the initial difference. The correction is "0", which is ideal.

9、点击上图“工位数选择键”选择好工位数后,再点击“参数名选择键”选择好所要 测试的参数名;分别设置好 1#、2#、3#、4#、5#、6#、7#、8#工位参数。如下图: Click on the “work position choose key" to select the number of position, then click the "parameter name choose key" to select the parameter names for test. 五、参数的设定和修改 PARAMETER SET AND MODIFY 1、第一次设定参数或对参数进行更改按以下步骤进行。 The first time to set parameters or make changes should according to the following steps. 2、进入“设备的操作和参数调用”第 6 步的界面,进入如下界面输入进入参数密码: 用户名:ADMIN、密码:ITC7020。现已参数名为:ABC 为例 enter the "machine operation and parameter usage" sixth step interface, enter the following interface, input the parameter password: User name: ADMIN, password: ITC7020. 4、点击上图“工位数选择键”选择好工位数后,再点击“参数名选择键”选择好所要测 试的参数名;再分别设置好 1#、2#、3#、4#、5#、6#、7#、8#工位参数。如下图: click on the "work position select key" to select the number of work position, then click the "parameter name selection key" to select the parameter names for test. 5、点击上图参数栏数字对参数值进行设定及更改,设置好各个参数值之后,再点击“当 前参数保存键”进入参数名设置界面。 click on the parameter bar of the figure above to set and change the parameter values, after set up the values of each parameter, then click the "current parameter save key" to enter the parameter name setting interface.

六、注意事项及维护保养 REMARK AND MAINTENANCE 1、工作电压允许变化范围为额定电压的±10%。 the working voltage range allowed for the rated should be voltage of ± 10%. 2、必须接地线。 must be grounded.

3、避免灰尘铜屑进入测试气孔,以免测试孔堵塞。 avoid dust and copper scrap go into the test holes, test holes need be prevented 4、接入设备测试的气源必须经过过滤的干净气源(无油污,水份,小颗粒杂质等)。 the air source access into device for test must be filtered clean air (no oil, water, small particles and other impurities). 5、测试气路中串接的真空过滤器需要每个季度检查一次,适时更换。 The vacuum filter on the air path needs to check once each quarter year, replaced accordingly. 6、每日工作完成后应使设备卸压,放掉气路内的残存的压缩空气。 After every day work, equipment should be made relief and release the gas inside the remnants of compressed air.

备注 ① “1#参数”、 “2#参数”、“3#参数”、 “4#参数”、“5#参数”、 “6#参数”、 “7#参数”、 “8#参数” 腔体最大泄漏压差大小设定:一般压差值可设 10-20mbar。依客户标准为准 "1# parameter", "2# parameter", "3# parameter", "4# parameter", "5# parameter", "6# parameter", "7# parameter", "8# parameter" The range of the maximum leakage pressure difference value of cavity set: the general pressure difference can be set up to 10-20mbar. According to the customer standard ② “最低工作气压”是指气压不能低于 1500mbar。否则测试机就不工作或显示严重泄露 或工作气压过低。 The "minimum working pressure" means that the pressure cannot be lower than 1500mbar. Otherwise the test machine will not work or show serious leakage or low work pressure.
③.“进气时间”:阀体大的进气时间要长。反之,阀体小的进气时间就短。总之要让 腔体充满气就可以。腔体进气时间设定的计算方式可根据腔体进气量的大小来确定: 0.33cm3/s。一般阀体进气时间为≥8S。 "Air inlet time": the larger cavity is, the longer air inlet time should be. with air. The calculation method of the inlet time of cavity can be according to the size of the volume of cavity: 0.33cm3/s. usually cavity air inlet time more than 8S.
④ .“检测时间”是指压力传感器提取气压压力值的一个时间。一般阀体大概≥5S 的时 间。 "Test time" refers to a time when pressure sensors are used to test air pressure. Usually, cavity set more than 5 second.
⑤.“稳压时间”是指阀体进气时间完成后的一段保压时间,如腔体有泄漏,其“压力传 感器”检测的气压值就会比进气时的气压值小(大于设定压差值)。其稳压的时间越长 则检测的准确度就越高。一般至少在≥8S 左右。 "air keep time" refers to a period of air holding time after the cavity inlet time is completed.
