一、 适用范围 SCOPE 水龙头疲劳试验机主要是用于卫浴行业中水龙头配件的疲劳强度实验次数的检 测;如下: 1、阀芯寿命次数检测;(本设备是 1、3 工位有此功能) 2、分水器寿命次数检测;(本设备是 2 工位有此功能) 3、出水口弯管寿命次数检测;(本设备是 4 工位有此功能) The faucet life test machine is mainly used to test the life strength test times of the faucet accessories in the sanitary industry. 1. Detection of the life span of the cartridge; (this machine number 1 and 3 position have this function) 2. Testing of the life times of the water separator; (this machine number 2 position has this function) 3, Test of the life times of the pipe of the outlet cavity; (this machine number 4 position has this function).
二、 安装要求 INSTALLMENT 1、供电电源为 220V 50Hz,设备必须安全接地! The power supply is 220V 50Hz, and the equipment must be safely grounded! 2、必须有通过气源过滤器处理后的干净(0.7±0.1)Mpa 的总气源。 There must be a clean (0.7 + 0.1) Mpa general air source treated with a air source filter. 4、设备内部配有变频水泵; The interior of the equipment is equipped with a variable frequency pump.

四、设备的操作 EQUIPMENT OPERATION 1、检查电源、气源是否接好; Check electricity and air supply. 2、按下“触摸屏电源按钮” (图 1)启动(绿色)的按钮,进入设备信息界面,出现如 下主菜单界面: Press the "touch screen power button" (Figure 1) to start (green) button, enter the device information interface, as follows: the main menu interface:

图1 注: 水压:是指给被检测产品通水的压力显示;单位 Mpa;一般设置为:0.4Mpa 气压:是指给被检测产品夹具使用的压力显示;单位 Mpa;一般设置为:0.6Mpa 水泵关:设备上电后,先点击“水泵关”变成“水泵开”(供水打开) 1#、3#工位:可以做阀芯寿命检测次数实验; (方式标准为:矩形、三角形) 周期设定:是指 1-4 工位设定周期值; 已测周期:是指 1-4 工位真正运行次数值; 周期清零:是指 1-4 工位真正运行次数值及设定周期值清零; Note: Water pressure: it refers to the pressure display of the water used for the test product; unit Mpa; generally set to: 0.4Mpa Air pressure: it refers to the pressure display used for the fixture of the tested product; unit Mpa; generally set to: 0.6Mpa Water pump off: when the equipment is power on, first click "water pump off" to show "water pump on" (water supply on). 1#, 3# station: can test the cartridge life times; (the standard is: rectangle, triangle) Cycle setting: it refers to the set cycle value of the 1-4 station;

Tested cycle: it refers to the real operation of the 1-4 station. Cycle clear: it refers to the real operation and the setting cycle value of the 1-4 position reset. 操作说明:(特别注意) 工位 1、2、3 上电后会自动复位,打开水泵,让“水泵关”变成“水泵开” 即可; 工位 4 上电后不自动复位,首先确认工位 4 的工件处于中间,然后点击复位, 再点击启动按钮,如果忘记只需根据触摸屏画面提示操作即可。 Operation instructions: (special attention) The station 1, 2, 3 will automatically reset after power on, open the pump, make "pump off" into "pump on". 参数说明: 工位 2----测试分水器 运行速度:工位 2 自动运行的速度; 力矩限制:控制电机最大输出力矩; 额定力矩:根据电机铭牌设定; 减速比:根据减速机铭牌设定; 打开保持时间:打开分水器口(旋转至左边) ,然后保持这个状态的时间; 打开角度:设备上电会自动复位至最右边并设为 0 度,然后设定多少打开角度,就会向左旋转 多少角度; 关闭保持时间:关闭分水器口(旋转至右边) ,然后保持这个状态的时间; Parameter Description: Station 2---- test water separator Running speed: the speed of automatic operation of 2# station; Torque limit: control the maximum output torque of the motor; Rated torque: set according to the motor mark; Deceleration ratio: set according to the mark of the reducer; Open holding time: open the water separator mouth (rotate to the left), and then keep the state period; Open angle: machine on will automatically reset to the right side and set to 0 degrees. After then, set how much of open angle, how much will rotate to the left; Close holding time: turn off the water separator mouth (rotate to the right), and the time of keep the state;

参数说明: 工位 4----测试出水口摇摆 注意:工位 4 初次上电不会自动复位,因为没有力矩寻找原点,如果关电后人为移动工件,上 电后没有摆正,位置就会有偏差。上电后首先设定打开角度,点击复位,系统会提示你 把工件摆正; 运行速度:工位 4 自动运行的速度; 力矩限制:控制电机最大输出力矩; 额定力矩:根据电机铭牌设定; 减速比:根据减速机铭牌设定; 打开保持时间:旋转至左边,然后保持这个状态的时间; 打开角度:设备上电点击复位,工件旋转至右边并设为 0 度,然后设定多少打开角度,就会向 左旋转多少角度; 关闭保持时间:旋转至右边,然后保持这个状态的时间; Parameter Description: Work position 4---- test water outlet pipe sway Note: position 4 will not reset automatically for the first time when machine on, because there is no torque to find the origin. If worker manually move product after the electricity is switched off, the position will be deviate after the power is on. First set the open angle after power on, click Reset, the system will remark you to correct the position; Running speed: the speed of automatic operation of 4# station; Torque limit: control the maximum output torque of the motor; Rated torque: set according to the motor mark; Deceleration ratio: set according to the mark of the reducer; Open holding time: open the water separator mouth (rotate to the left), and then keep the state period; Open angle: machine on will automatically reset to the right side and set to 0 degrees. After then, set how much of open angle, how much will rotate to the left; Close holding time: turn off the water separator mouth (rotate to the right), and the time of keep the state;
