Have We Met ?
Hi, I’m Fatma Al Hashemi—an Emirati creative leader, graphic designer, and photographer driven by a lifelong passion for visual storytelling. My journey began with playful curiosity, tinkering with Photoshop before I even realized that creativity would become both my calling and career.
What started as exploration has evolved into a purpose-led practice—one where every idea is shaped with intention and every design tells a story. For me, creativity isn’t just a skill; it’s instinct. It’s how I lead, how I connect, and how I bring visions to life.
Have we met before? Perhaps not. But if you’re holding this, maybe we’re about to. Let’s create something unforgettable together.
“A design is not just a shape, line, curve or all these combined; It’s a whole new identity that reflects the faces of humankind.
As an ambitious designer and visual storyteller, my work is rooted in transforming my clients ideas and aspirations into meaningful, well-crafted design. Every project I take on is a reflection of their vision—translated into the language of art, form, and purpose. I believe that great design should not only look beautiful but also communicate clearly and serve a specific intent.
My creative process is centered on building strong, authentic identities. Whet her it’s a logo, a business card, or a large-scale campaign, each piece I create is designed to carry a message and leave a lasting impression.
I live in a world surrounded by design—and that’s exactly where I feel most at home.

Wall branding

Inspired by my love for planning and spreading positive energy, I took the initiative to conceptualize and execute a “Cool Thursday”— a surprise ice-cream treat for employees on a sunny afternoon.
Eager to step beyond my daily responsibilities, I pitched the idea to my manager, received the green light, and dove into the logistics. The activation was a hit—garnering enthusiastic feedback as it was the first initiative of its kind in our complex.
To scale the impact, I collaborated with the Wellness and Happiness Committee, who loved the concept and immediately offered to sponsor it.
As part of the engagement strategy, I proposed a teaser campaign followed by a same-day emailer revealing the surprise. The joy was contagious, and the initiative quickly became a memorable highlight for everyone involved.
