01.THE CURVE TOWER Tipology : Mixed used tower Location : Tetouan - Martil, Morocco Course : Architecture studio S10 Concept : The Curve tower is a mixed-use building located in a fragment of the city that connects two cities: Martil and Tetouan.It comes to question how the cities are built in unconnected pieces where each piece is closed on itself.

The building is for public and private use, hence each tower has its own program dedicated to a targeted population.

Objectives : the building highlights the importance of the integration into its urban context, from which the concept is derived from its environment while highlighting the various components of the site and its urban and rural characteristics.

CONCEPT The concept is inspired by the urban composition of the study site and its natural, rural and industrial characteristics. The idea is to enhance the central area and to reflect it on the building while improving the situation and making it a living and active space.

The program is well diversified and includes all the elements to meet the needs of users, the first tower consists of 26 floors of which the first 2 are reserved for reception and catering, after there are floors dedicated to shops and floors that receive a hotel and office space.

The 2nd tower is for private use from where it contains floors for reception and the other floors for housing and residential.

SECTION The program ofthe building provide an underground parking within the territory of the site. The level one is a space for sport activities and restauration.The level 2 is a large mall to connect the 3 volumes of the building. And the 3rd floor is space for gym spaces and training courses.

FACADE The facade is composed of curtain walls to reflect the natural potential of the central green area and to enhance it, it also contains polycarbonate panels for the residential spaces which are private.

02.EXHIBITION ART CENTER Tipology : Public facility Location : Tetouan - Martil, Morocco Course : Architecture studio S8 Concept : the Exhibition Art Center seeks to redefine the way we experience and interact with art. This project represents a harmonious blend of form and function, where aesthetics and functionality unite to create a dynamic space that celebrates the world of art in all its dimensionsThe building is for public and private use, hence each tower has its own program dedicated to a targeted population.

Objectives : the project seeks to achieve several key goal such as promoting Artistic Expression which will serve as a canvas for artists of diverse disciplines also create a global hub for cultural exchange, fostering a rich dialogue between artists, visitors.

THE PROGRAM The program is devided into 3 different spaces , the ground floor contains the main exhibition spaces sch as hall exhibition , the entrance and the lobby along with the conference room.The 1st floor is mainly occupied by library and classes for art and workshops , and the 3rd floor is for a private use for the administration spaces.

THE EXTERIOR The facade of the project blends into its context using same colors and local materials to refer to the its environnement, the orientation of the building respects the interior use of spaces , with the main elevation oriented south.

THE COMPOSITION The buiding is composed of 3 different masses , each one contains its proper program for specific use : public or private.the orientation of the 3 masses is based on the interior spaces and their capacity of receiving light since its a project where the use of artificial lighting is more important.

03.THE HILL HOUSE Tipology : Residential Location : Mombasa , Kenya Course : Freelance Concept : This architectural residential project is an integration of panoramic vistas and sustainable design, where the beauty of the landscape and the integrity of local ecology converge. The construction element of the house embodies sustainability and use of local materials.

Objectives :Maximize Natural Views to nsure that every space offers unobstructed and captivating views of the surrounding landscape,maintaning Sustainable Construction by prioritzing the use of locally sourced and eco-friendly building materials to minimize the environmental impact of the construction process.

04.SENEGAL EARTH SHOOL Tipology : Public facility Location : South Senegal Course : Competition Concept : The design of this elementary school in Senegal embodies a profound connection with the local environment and culture. Utilizing indigenous materials such as earth bricks, thatch roofing, and sustainable bamboo, the architecture pays homage to Senegal’s rich traditions while providing a comfortable and nurturing learning environment.

Objectives : Designed to harmonize with the climate, the school prioritizes natural ventilation and passive cooling, reducing energy consumption. This architectural masterpiece is a testament to the fusion of sustainable design principles, local craftsmanship, and a commitment to empowering the next generation of Senegal through education.
