Showcase: Winterberg, Germany Those who want to enjoy the view over Winterberg have a very special opportunity to do so since 2020: the Mega Zipline with two parallel lines, each 420 and 390 metres for the double adrenalin kick. Winterberg, known for its popular ski resort in the winter now has a year-round attraction with this construction. The Mega Zipline starts with a 12 meter high tower right next to the ski jump, thrills included! The ride with a view over the entire ski area, the summer toboggan run and a small valley is breath-taking. A special challenge was the handling of the approval procedure due to the demanding structural specifications, because of high ice and wind loads.
