A fischer resin for every occasion fischer fixings offers a wide range of chemical anchors– ranging from polyester resins for standard indoor applications, through vinyl esters for external tasks and epoxy resins for the most demanding applications. All fischer’s resins are in styrene-free low-odour formulations. The fischer range offers something for every application and every budget – segmenting on a “Good-Better-Best” basis.
which does not require a cartridge gun. It includes the Highbond FHB II for dynamic loads, which is vibration-tolerant, and it includes jumbo-sized cartridges for high volume usage.
The fischer range includes a number of specialist products. These include resins with innovative dispense mechanisms, such as the FIS VS 100 P Power Pack,
At the premium end of the market fischer offers the FIS EM 390 S. This epoxy resin system is designed for anchoring rebars, and threaded rods, such as the fischer RGM threaded stud, into non-cracked concrete. It provides exceptional loadings even at low embedment depths and can be used under water and in diamond-drilled holes.
As a pure epoxy resin, it offers the highest performance currently available from any type of resin anchor, in terms of load-bearing capacity and also minimal shrinkage.
Even more expertise in chemical anchoring MEA has expanded its product range with the resin anchor injection system MEA MIS-V. The new product line MEA MIS-V is suitable for fixing heavy loads in concrete and masonry. The advantages of the MEA MISV system are high load capacity, fast curing and optimal hold in hollow brick masonry. The MEA MIS V system also shows the following characteristics:
Long storage time of the chemical mortar (up to 18 months).
Environment-friendly content of the cartridges: resin on a polyester and vinyl basis, styrene- and phthalate-free
Expensive special dispensers are not required: the 165 ml and 300 ml cartridges can be used with usual silicon dispensers.
Temperature resistant up to 80° C Economic use through optimised utilisation of the cartridges' content European and/or German approvals provide high application security
