Lifelong learners take this quote as advice... "When you learn something from people, or from a culture, you accept it as a gift, and it is your lifelong commitment to preserve it and build on it." (Yo-Yo Ma)
Now, in a window see the reflection of your Self. It’s not as clear or defined. Sense a memory of your own being. Who you were as a child, an adolescent, a young adult, a dreamer, a student, a professional... an attempt to make the world yours. Is it difficult to focus on who it is you have become or how others see you? Allow the blur to free your identity. You are. Take your breathe, location + the things you foster to remind of individuality. There is but one you. Look into eyes, remembering moments that create your history. Know how these precious glimpses of “living” become a response to life itself and how it will affect your impression and definition of the world. Open the gift. Make it great.
