INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over currently residing in New Zealand, except employees of Fashion Biz and their immediate family members. Distributors of Fashion Biz may not enter the competition.
2. Entry:
This competition is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook. The number of entries is unlimited. As a condition of entry, participants must nominate an outstanding woman in their life by commenting on the International Women’s Day post.
3. Prize:
The prize is a NZD $150 pamper treatment voucher to be redeemed at White Spa & Float Lounge, located at 2/182 Jervois Road, Herne Bay, Auckland 1011. The winner may redeem their prize at White Spa & Float Lounge up to the value of NZD $150. Any cost over and above the value of the prize voucher is the responsibility of the winner.
4. Winner Selection:
The competition closes at 5pm on Friday 15 March 2024 and the draw will take place at 10am on Monday 18 March 2024. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Notification:
The winner will be notified via Direct Message within 5 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Verification:
To claim the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of identity and age.
7. Redemption:
The prize must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of notification. Failure to redeem the prize within this period may result in forfeiture.
8. Travel and Accommodation:
Any transport and/or accommodation costs associated with redeeming the prize is not included, and is the responsibility of the winner.
9. Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image by Fashion Biz and/or its associated brands for promotional purposes related to the competition, without compensation.
10. Disqualification:
Fashion Biz reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or deemed inappropriate for any reason.
11. Changes:
Fashion Biz reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions, without notice, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
12. Liability:
Fashion Biz shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner while participating in the competition or redeeming the prize.
