MENTORING AND NEW TALENTS
ACCOMPANYING ALUMNI ON THEIR FUTURE JOURNEY Mentoring and sponsorship of young talents ready to face the world of work is an important commitment for Istituto Marangoni, which has led to partnerships with the most prestigious companies in the fashion industry and to numerous educational projects that test the knowledge and talent of individual students. This commitment goes beyond the limits of educational studies, following students in their professional career, thanks to I’m Alumni, the community of former Istituto Marangoni students for which international networking events are held. The school has launched I’m Alumni Collections ®evolution, an innovative mentoring project, now in its second edition, which involves major investment in a young designer, who will be supported at every stage, from the production of a collection to the creation and promotion of a show, advertised through the main communication channels, to the presentation of their brand in a major showroom. A FIANCO DEGLI ALUMNI PER PROIETTARLI NEL FUTURO
Il percorso di mentoring e sponsorizzazione dei giovani talenti pronti ad affacciarsi al mondo del lavoro è per Istituto Marangoni un impegno importante, tradotto in partnership con le più prestigiose aziende del settore moda e in numerosi progetti didattici, che mettono alla prova le conoscenze e il talento dei singoli studenti. L'impegno si spinge oltre i confini del corso di studi per seguirli nel loro iter professionale, grazie a I'm Alumni, la community degli ex studenti di Istituto Marangoni, per cui vengono realizzati eventi di networking a livello internazionale. La scuola ha dato vita a I'M Alumni Collections ®evolution, un innovativo progetto di mentoring giunto quest'anno alla seconda edizione, che prevede un importante investimento su un giovane designer, che sarà affiancato in tutti gli step previsti, dalla produzione della collezione alla realizzazione e promozione della sfilata, pubblicizzata attraverso i principali canali di comunicazione, fino alla diffusione del suo brand presso una showroom di primaria importanza.
