A piece of major news from the district cooling sector in UAE came this month, as Emicool-
District Cooling Company one of the top HVAC companies in Dubai announced it will be implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service.

★ The service aims at helping customers with billing and metering and helps in increasing energy efficiency in district coo ling .
★ Oracle aims to provide a more agile, secure and scalable meter-to-cash solution.
★ Emicool said that OCI reports will be based on real-time data and that it will facilitate easy integration between third-party applications and modules.


★Emicool has been focussing on improving customer service and operational efficiency and as part of this, they have been looking for ways to upgrade customer transactions to digital modes.

Emicool is the first district cooling consultant in the MENA region to employ OCI. It has already deployed its own initiative i.e the first unmanned machine space(UMS) using an artificial intelligent SMART system. The UMS plant was completed in 2020.
Implementing the cloud service by Oracle Utilities brings the company one step closer to its goal of digital integration.


Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service which is a SaaS meter-tocash solution and flexible cloud infrastructure,helps in streamlining Emicool customer operations starting from its back office to its front office.
