PRICING STRUCTURE Resident Membership
Qualifying 30-year Tenured Senior Social members may enroll in the Certificate Value Credit Program to offset future capital charge increases. Qualifying candidates for Resident membership maintain a residence in the city of Charlottesville or counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Nelson, Orange or Rockingham.
Social level membership is available to Resident members following 10 years of Comprehensive level membership.
Resident Legacy Candidates will receive a 40% entrance fee reduction upon joining. A qualifying legacy candidate meets all Resident membership requirements, and is the child (age 2134) of an active Resident member with at least 10 years tenure.
PRICING STRUCTURE National Membership
Qualifying candidates for National membership do not maintain a residence in the Resident area for any period of time throughout the year. Each child of a National member attending the University of Virginia for undergraduate studies must also enroll in the Farmington National Dependent Child Program which is an additional 750 bi-annual fee for the duration of undergraduate studies and allows for independent and unaccompanied Club use during that period.
Qualifying candidates for Graduate Student membership are enrolled in a full-time graduate program at the University of Virginia. Upon graduation, a Graduate Student member may seamlessly transition to a National membership if relocating out of the Resident area, or may apply for Resident membership and use the previously paid entrance fee as a credit against a future Resident membership entrance fee if they choose to remain in the Resident area.
