BACKGROUND OF UBER’S USER EXPERINCE A growing number of people are now getting engaged on UBER technology which provide the people what they want and when they want. For the women and men who drive with UBER, this app represents a flexible way to earn money. UBER also pushing the local economic scales, improving to access transportation as well. It introduces a new era of getting transportation to with a time consuming and low fee concept. While Uber and other new companies in the gig economy receive a lot of attention, a deep observation on Uber’s own data about its drivers’ schedules and pay reveals them to be much less consequential than most people assume. When it comes to the future of work, these are the characteristics of the labor market that deserve the most attention.

We deeply believe that, this work will provide us a lot of experience and learning about the real world business and to help us getting a vast knowledge about consumer behavior strategy.

SITUATION ANALYSIS Contextual Inquiry In just five years, Uber has grown at a historic clip. The service now boasts more than one million active drivers picking up and dropping off passengers in more than 300 cities around the world. The company could generate net revenue this year of $2 billion, according to Reuters.

Still, Uber also faces challenges including regulatory hurdles in Europe and the ongoing fight in the U.S. about whether the company's drivers should be classified as employees rather than contract workers.

LYFT its main competitor which also has ratings is pushing against the idea that they are a perfect free-market solution to quality control.

Focus Groups: (Strength and weakness) According to the results from Ottawa focus group survey –

- Women showed a strong preference for Uber and rated it higher in all categories, except for vehicle insurance.

- Men ranked Uber higher than taxis overall, but preferred taxis for safety and security, travel time and familiarity with routes.

- Cost and the convenience of the app were considered the prime advantage of Uber.

- Participants in the 46 to 75 age group were more forgiving of the taxi industry’s failings, and more interested in seeing that a level playing field emerges as a result of regulatory review.

- Participants of all ages agreed the Uber is here to stay.

A growing number of people are engaging in flexible and freelance work because of the sharing economy or through on-demand platforms.

OUR VERDICTS According to our research the current trends is showing that, a vast majority of people around the world are getting used to having transportation through a comfortable way. The modern technology become a huge aspect in our life. UBER provide us the easiest way to find transportation as well as helping the economy and a comfortable ride.

Based on consumer Reports UBER has some issues that need to fixed for the existence in the market. Through their unpredictable and mysterious way of marketing strategy it will hard for them to play in the market.

We predict that: - From any service people demand SAFETY. If UBER do not implement their insurance policy, it will hard to feel safe of future drivers and consumers.

- As vast majority of drivers getting involved in this business UBER should concern about the wages of drivers.

- A huge number of taxi drivers exist in the market which are real drivers. UBER is eating their lunch. Which makes UBER banned from many countries Like GERMANY. - From a CNN news a 15 rape case is imposed on UBER. Uber has no strong inquiry for their requiting process. Through this, makes negative impact on the consumers.

OUR MAIN GOAL, PROJECTION AND OUTLOOK

- A growing number of people involving on uber day by day. So it is required that the wages of driver should be increased and through this uber can implement their man power for having investor.

- UBER should develop their business model to complete with the localities. Already in Asia continent they are facing competitor which is more convenient.

If UBER run their business with this mysterious and unpredictable way, the future of UBER is dark. We believe that our Qualitative and Quantitative research and our implantation will make it work.
