Finalmente ci siamo. Se è vero che la storia di ogni azienda è segnata da alcuni momenti particolarmente importanti, per il Gruppo Faresin il 2008 è un anno fondamentale, che vede un progetto ambizioso trasformarsi in un’ambiziosa realtà. Dal 1° marzo 2008 è nata Faresin Industries Spa, una nuova società di dimensioni e caratura internazionale, creata dalla fusione di Faresin Agri Division, il nostro marchio storico nel settore agricolo e zootecnico e la più giovane di casa, Faresin Handlers, nata nel 2003, che svolge un ruolo chiave nel settore dei sollevatori telescopici. Un risultato straordinario, reso possibile da anni di crescita costante e risultati eccellenti, che consentono oggi a Faresin Industries di proporsi come protagonista assoluto nel mercato mondiale della produzione di macchinari per il movimento terra, edilizia, industria, agricoltura e zootecnia.

We’ve made it at last! If it is true that the history of every company is marked by several particularly important events, then for the Faresin Group 2008 is a fundamental year, a year that will witness an ambitious project transform into an ambitious reality. 1 March 2008 marks the launch of Faresin Industries Spa, a new company of international dimension and status, created from the merger of Faresin Agri Division, our historic brand for the agricultural and zootechnics industry and the most recent addition to the group, Faresin Handlers, established in 2003, a leader in the telescopic handler industry. An extraordinary success, made possible after years of continual growth and excellent results that have led to Faresin Industries becoming the leader on the world market in the production of machinery for the earth-moving, building, industrial, agricultural, zootechnic sectors .

POINT OF ARRIVAL AND NEW STARTING POINT

Più competitività, più efficienza, più razionalità: la creazione di un’unica azienda ci consente di ottimizzare e valorizzare al meglio le nostre risorse. Faresin Industries non è quindi la semplice unione delle due realtà preesistenti, ma una nuova azienda dalle radici solide, che porta con sé un importante valore aggiunto in termini di riduzione dei costi, razionalizzazione della gestione, efficacia del marketing e impulso all’innovazione. Una scelta dettata anche dalla voglia di fidelizzare i clienti perché i carri miscelatori targati Faresin Agri sono decisamente complementari con i sollevatori telescopici di Faresin Handlers. “E allora in una parola, più forza, più energia per rispondere alle esigenze di ognuno”. Un punto d’arrivo che intende quindi rappresentare soprattutto un nuovo punto d’inizio, proiettandoci ad affrontare in tempo reale le nuove sfide dettate dal mercato: siamo pronti ad accoglierle con entusiasmo, oggi più che mai.

LA NUOVA ARCHITETTURA DI UN’AZIENDA CHE SI EVOLVE Innovare non significa rinnegare il proprio passato. Faresin Industries riparte dai grandi successi ottenuti dai marchi già noti Faresin Agri Division e Faresin Handlers che con i loro prodotti, a partire dalla fine degli anni Ottanta, hanno saputo conquistare la fiducia e l’apprezzamento di una clientela sempre più vasta, diffusa oggi in tutto il mondo. Proprio per capitalizzare questa importante fidelizzazione i due marchi saranno ancora protagonisti sul mercato, legati a filo doppio alle proprie specifiche linee di prodotto: Faresin Agri Division rimane dunque il punto di riferimento a livello di distribuzione per i carri trinciamiscelatori, verticali, orizzontali, trainati o semoventi, mentre Faresin Handlers è sinonimo di sollevatori telescopici per il settore agricolo ed industriale. Alle loro spalle, però, ora c’è un vero e proprio colosso industriale, con importanti margini di crescita immediati: Faresin Industries, partendo da una chiusura d’esercizio 2007 (complessiva delle due società che si sono fuse) di circa 35 milioni di Euro, in seguito all’unione potrà raggiungere nel 2008 una crescita del +25%. Risultati eccellenti per la scelta di una linea imprenditoriale vincente che ha portato rispettivamente ad un incremento su base annua nel 2007, per Faresin Handlers del 14% e Faresin Agri del 22%. Molte le chiavi di questa evoluzione: dal miglioramento della posizione competitiva alle sinergie per lo sviluppo dei prodotti; dalla razionalizzazione della gestione economica e finanziaria, alla valorizzazione del marketing; il tutto passando per la creazione di un unico modo di progettazione, un unico sistema per analizzare le perfomance aziendali, unifica ed ottimizza l’utilizzo di uffici, personale e logistica, lasciando distinte solo le linee produttive.

Excellent results for the choice of a winning entrepreneurial direction that has taken Faresin Handlers and Faresin Agri to a respective increase on the 2007 annual base of 14% and 22%. There are numerous key points to this evolution: from an improvement of the company’s competitive position to the synergies for product development; from economic and financial management rationalization, to valorization and marketing; every step, however, being part of the creation of a single design methodology, a single system for analysing company performance, unifying and optimising the use of offices, personnel and logistics, with only the production lines left distinct and separate.
