WHY SCANDINAVIAN MINIMALISM FASCINATES THE WORLD.

Scandinavian design is characterized by a minimal, clean approach that seeks to combine functionality with beauty. Its focus is on simple lines and light spaces, devoid of clutter. Typically, there is nothing superfuous about Scandinavian design; it strips back the unnecessary, showcasing the essential elements of any product. Scandinavian design fascinates and has been the subject of debates, exhibitions, and marketing agendas for many years. Why? A guiding principle of Scandinavian design is to establish harmony with one’s environment and to create things made to last. It seeks to compliment the art of living well by promoting a simple home environment that is flled with quality items and enhances an unencumbered lifestyle devoid of excess consumerism. In this way it’s both important for an individual, as a home environment that encourages a life well lived is an increasingly important counter to the pressures of modern life, and for the planet, as it challenges rampant consumerism and deepens our connection to nature.

We´ve invited 3 female creatives – Lotta Agaton, Petra Bindel and Pella Hedeby. These 3 shining epitomes of Scandinavian Design all have deep scandinavian roots and built their career on Scandinavian aesthetic through photograpy, architecture and interior design. We let them give us their perspective on this fascinating design movement we all love so much.

Who is Lotta Agaton and how did your illustrious career begin?

My career had its roots in assisting my architect father. In the early 90´s, I ventured into the vibrant world of Designers Guild, a time when bold colors were in vouge. The turning point came around 2000 when I embarked my journey with Residence Magazine, marking my debut as an interior stylist. I styled every feature in the magazine, honing a swiftness and effciency that continued to serve me well to this day. Transitioning to freelance work, I embraced the motto “better to say yes than no” My path led to start a blog and eventually my own interior store. I even conducted courses at Beckmans Design School, all driven by a desire to avoid dwelling on the “what ifs”. My career has been marked by a lack of rigid strategy, my guiding principle has been to embrace opportunities rather than decline them. This approach has led to an organic evolution, where I willingly step out of my comfort zone in pursuit of growth and innovation.

How would you describe Lotta Agaton Interior Studios signature values and style?

Lotta Agaton Interior Studio is built upon Scandinavian design, a foundation of importance. This foundation embodies durability over time, materials like wood and stone that resonate with our heritage. Yet, within this framework, a captivating dynamic emerges through contrasts, particularly in the form of objects. While being fundamentally minimalistic, my style embraces a maximalist approach when it comes to

ornamentation. A deep commitment to environmental consciousness and quality underpins my work, likely born from an era of disposability and poor material choices during the 80s. Guided by a motto that advocates for items to outlive me, to invest in pieces that possesses a life beyond my own. This philosophy not only shapes my creations but also refects a dedication to sustainability and timeless aesthetics.

What is Scandinavian design/style to you?

To me, Scandinavian design encapsulates the essence of nature through the incorporation of natural materials, all while fostering a sustainable mindset. The Scandi style is often synonymous with light – an almost obsessive appreciation for it, considering our Scandinavian mindset. However, I view Scandinavian style as more than just a minimalistic trend. It serves as a foundation that has the fexibility to involve in diverse directions. This could involve integrating elements from a more international aesthetic, introducing bold colors, and exploring a broader spectrum of design possibilities. I frmly believe that Scandinavian design is deeply rooted in history and heritage. It´s a connection to the past, drawing from traditions of working with materials, refning crafts, embracing the environment and celebrating light. This design style is a dynamic tapestry woven from these multifaceted infuences, making a truly versatile and enduring phenomenon.

Why do you think Scandinavian design is showing relevance and appeal, as opposed to a passing trend?

The Scandinavian style possesses a unique adaptability that enables it to incorporate parallel trends. This versatility means that elements like mixed and vibrant art and textiles can seamlessly fnd their place within the Scandi aesthetic. This open-minded approach allows diverse infuences and variations while still maintaining the core values of Scandinavian design, the style remains fresh dynamic and capable of evolving with the times while retaining its essential essence.

How do you think design affects our way of being - our sense of self, space and place?

Design serves to bring joy and happiness, tailored to our individual taste and plays an important role in fulflling our fundamental need for a secure haven. Life´s demand underscore the signifcance of having a place to return to, where we feel safe and at ease, as an inviting space where family and friends can gather. This holds particularly true to Scandinavians, who contend with darkness and coldness that often beckon us indoors. This context prompts an effort to curate our living spaces, transforming them into sanctuaries that refect our values and offer a respite from the external environment. In essence, the relationship between design and our well-being is profund.

What are the key essentials to create the perfect setting?

Creating the perfect setting begins with establishing a strong foundation. This foundational aspect is vital and provides the groundwork

LOTTA AGATON

upon which everything else is built. From this starting point, the setting evolves and expands, gradually taking shape into a cohesive and captivating whole. Weather it´s a complete environment or a singular focal point, the process involves layering and careful addition, each new element contributes to the overall composition.

Renovation work can understandable be a test of patience. The process of transforming a space can be a challenging one, requiring time and tolerance. It´s natural to feel a sense of urgency to see the end result, yet recognizing the importance of renovation in the grand scheme is crucial. Finding that balance between eagerness and patience is part of that journey.

Lastly, what are you working on now?

The upcoming fall is incredibly busy and exciting. It´s a variety of projects we´re involved in. From a hotel project on Mallorca to a comprehensive private client project encompassing everything from the technical aspects to design details like cutlery. Simultaneously, we´re working with returning clients on furniture collections, catalogue creation and showrooms by setting the tone for the upcoming year. We´re involved

with crafting furniture collections for various companies, along with my own LA Objects project.

With around 30 ongoing projects, the diversity we´re encountering is both invigorating and challenging. I have a desire to step out of the comfort zone and embrace innovation while still striving to maintain my signature style and creative spirit.

Who is Petra Bindel?

A photographer and professional nomad, born 1975 in Sweden, who is constantly learning.

What is design and architecture to you?

It is what I surround myself with. The objects, the spaces that gives me a comfortable life. They both provide inspiration and make my life richer.

What defnes Scandinavian design/style in your line of work?

As a photographer I would emphasize the specifc relationship to light we have in the north. For many months of the year, we are deprived of natural light and this has shaped our culture. My fascination with light and how it subtly shifts throughout the year was the reason why I picked up a camera as a 14-year-old. I was searching for ways to catch it.

We are known for clean, minimal design. Working with calm, sparse compositions refect our surroundings, vast landscapes and our close relationship to nature. But now we get so much more input and inspiration from other places. It’s great to see more diverse and personal interior photography and design. This is redefning what Scandinavian is in many ways but is maintaining the essence and the very high quality of work.

What is your take on why Scandinavian style has captivated not just the Nordic markets, but the entire world?

The Scandinavian countries form a very small but privileged corner of the world. In our visual language we portray design and architecture in a utopian way. Many people idealise and search look for organised

perfection, though there is none in real life. It’s the perfectly organised visual illusion - a relief in a chaotic, messy world.

How do you think design and architecture affects our way of beingour sense of self, space and place?

It can give empowerment, joy and help us change the way we live, feel and think, if used skillfully.

What are the key essentials to create a perfect picture?

I never search for perfection. I want the image to feel complete. It is most often an intuitive sensation in the body rather than a rational process. I get that feeling when everyone in the team has had the opportunity to do their very best. It is not driven by ego but a will to work collaboratively.

What is your favourite object you captured until now?

The mirror [or the human being if we can refer to a person as an object].

Important in your creative process?

To look inwards, trust my instinct and always think in an inclusive way.

When it comes to your work, what do you dream of right now?

I would just be grateful if I can continue on the path I’m on. I am continuously surprised by what comes my way.

PETRA BINDEL

Who is Pella Hedeby?

I am a 46-year-old decorator and stylist. Living south of Stockholm with my two boys Leo 18, Viggo 15 and our two Italian greyhound girls. I was born and raised in the woods in northern Sweden and always feel at my best when I’m outside, close to nature. Yoga and a mindful lifestyle with more conscious everyday routines are other parts that I am curiously exploring and wish to develop further in my life.

What is your design philosophy when it comes to decorating a home? When it comes to my interior design philosophy, I like to refer to interior design psychology. For me, our homes and the interiors we surround ourselves with play such a big role in how we feel. With my work, I always strive to create harmonious homes and environments. A place where you immediately feel at home and at ease. A symbiosis between function and aesthetics where the space becomes an arena for everyday life. It should feel unpretentious and at the same time give you inspiration and new energy. I like to keep it simple and create a soft minimalist theme with natural materials and textured layers. Where everyday objects are carefully selected to also form the decor and become simple still lifes.

What is your take on why Scandinavian design has captivated the world?

It’s easy to live with, unadorned and timeless. I think it’s simply about the simple expression and sense of authenticity. The function that is in focus together with natural materials and sustainable craftsmanship.

How do you think design affects our way of being - our sense of self, space and place?

Our homes and the decor we choose to surround ourselves with affect us mentally. A well-planned and tidy home, where everything has its place - gives us peace of mind. But it’s not just about the practical planning, but equally about fnding your style. A sense of style that you wish to live with over time. The choice of timeless and durable furniture and materials. An interior that grows with you and ages with dignity and patina. It reduces stress and creates a calm framework for life. The realization that you are not constantly looking for change, but feel at peace and content right where you are.

How would you differentiate between traditional minimalism and Scandinavian style?

If you refer to a traditional minimalism that is all white (or at least monochromatic) with architecturally sharp lines, and a bit cold in its expression, the Scandinavian style adds more warmth with natural elements such as wood and limestone. The Scandinavian style is also not as stripped down and minimalist in its expression. I fnd my main inspiration for minimalist interiors in the home and work of John Pawson, the master of creating a warm minimalist atmosphere.

Thinking of the new hybrid called Japandi - where do you see Scandinavian design in 20 years?

As the world looks today, inspiration and infuences are much more fuid. We will always be closest to our roots - I am thinking of natural materials taken from Scandinavia and our outstanding design classics. But the style will quite naturally attract elements from other cultures and countries.

The Japanese rice lamps from Akari today feel like a natural feature in a Scandinavian home. And I am personally very inspired by Belgian minimalism, with its warm textures and simple elegant expressions. But if you ask me, my style will look similar in 20 years, as it did 20 years ago – close to my roots.

What is some insight into your personal behind-the-scenes life?

My own home is a quiet place, an apartment of 100 square meters with large foor-to-ceiling windows and 2 balconies where the doors are always open. The dogs and I spend most of our time outside when the weather permits. It was the bright light fow through the rooms that made me fall for this apartment. Light is something we need a lot of when we live in Scandinavia during the winter months.

The home is decorated in a toned-down fnish, where the walls are painted with chalk paint in shades of beige. Linen textures, hemp, a mix of wood, limestone and handmade ceramics are other recurring elements. And in terms of style, there are elements of Japanese design, rice lamps and smaller furniture and details by one of my favorite designer Sori Yanagi. I have also designed my own headboard, with a low bed on the foor inspired by low Japanese proportions that works so well with our Scandinavian design.

When it comes to the minimalist expression, I strive to keep my home as stripped down as possible, as that’s how I feel best. But with an open-plan home offce, I always have a dose of creative clutter, mood boards and material samples displayed on my desk. My style and decor doesn’t change much over time, but I fnd it hard to resist a vintage fnd every now and then.

ESCAPING THE STEREOTYPE

"13 years ago, Fantastic Frank revolutionized the real estate world and changed the conception of how homes for rent and sale should be. The secret of its success is to conceive a space in which potential customers see its real possibilities, turning every image that is seen into a home."

Beyond Idealista, real estate companies such as Fantastic Frank or The Modern House have revolutionized the way we see residences, creating the need to scroll through their real estate sites. Imagining oneself living in these idyllic surroundings is a growing trend on the internet.

Present in fve countries, including Spain - with offces in Mallorca, Ibiza and Barcelona-, Fantastic Frank was born in 2010, in an adolescent Internet era where only the typical apartment ads with wide-angle and excessively retouched images were seen. Its founders, the Swedes Tomas Backman, Sofe Ganeva, Sven Wallén and Mattias Kardell, were clear that they needed to escape from this unattractive stereotype, becoming the pioneers of a marketing strategy aimed at an audience in love with interior design and the aesthetics of magazines such as Wallpaper*, Elle Decor or Architectural Digest. In this way, they achieved the perfect crossover between an interior design magazine and the real estate business.

The worldwide recognition was immediate and its explosion in the digital world as well, achieving more than one and a half million visits on average per month on its website and more than 2,000 properties sold in these years. Kinfolk magazine included the four creators, in 2017, in its list of the 40 most important entrepreneurs in the world.

YOU ARE FANTASTIC. WE ARE FRANK.

So why is El Pais writing about a real estate agency from Sweden? We like to think it is because of that simple sentence ”You are fantastic” with which we want you to know that your life and the place where you live is fantastic. Absolutely amazing. And that is what we want our photographs to show when we sell your home...

We were founded in 2010 in Stockholm, Sweden. Probably the best place in the world for us to start off in. Mature market, deadly competition and high prasie for aestetics. But to be completely...frank, we stood out from day one. And we still do. The huge difference from that frst year, and to day is that we are a much larger family today. And we love

using the word family, we want to keep calling our franchise-offces family members. We take care of each other, we stand on our toes together and balance when we develop our services to keep up with clients expectations and markets that move faster and faster each year.

We are driven by our motto Inspire To Buy. Aesthetics, carefully curated properties and fawless service are so important to us. We can say without hesitation that our perspective on selling properties and appealing to the ideal buyer goes beyond conventional measures. It’s all about accentuating a property’s best features and fnding that one person that falls in love with it. From architectural and fashion photographers to art directors and interior stylists, we work with leading design industry professionals to achieve the kind of enchanting visual storytelling that buyers expect today.

Our name? You are Fantastic. We are Frank.

PALMA DE MALLORCA

NOON TO NIGHT

- WHAT DO YOU DO IN PALMA?

A perfect day would start with a quick hilly bike ride up into the mountains surrounding Palma. A long-time favourite is going through the villages of Es Capdella, Galiela and Puigpunyent. A challenging ride that offers some amazing views and really the reasons why I moved here in the frst placeunspoilt nature and mountains close to the city.

I then head downtown for some inspiring art exhibitions. But frst a coffee at one of my favourite places like Mistral Coffee House, The Barn Coffee Roasters or Nanø Coffee Lab.

A gallery I really enjoy is L21 Gallery, a contemporary art space showcasing works by both emerging and established artists. It’s a cool hub for modern art in the city.

Gallery Red is another favorite. It is actually a collection of 10 art galleries surrounding the square of Frederic Chopin. Showcasing contemporary art such as Warhol and Basquiat mixed with local artists and iconic design - a visit here is always inspiring.

I especially enjoy walking the streets and narrow alleys of the Old Town of Palma, always something new to discover. On a hot summer day it is usually quiet and the historic buildings offers a nice shade.

For a homemade light lunch I go to Café Riutort. A cosy café run by a passionate crowd, offering vegetarian dishes and homemade pastries in a relaxed atmosphere.

If I am in the mood for some shopping the streets of Jaume III, Paseo del Born, Carrer Unió and Carrer dels Paraires is

the place. An area with local boutiques and designer stores, offering the biggest brands mixed with local and unique fashion. Arquinesia Perfumes is a niche Perfume Brand from Mallorca. Inspired by the beautiful places of the Balearic Islands. I usually bring visitors here. The shop itself is an experience. Housed in an old apartment full of character you move from room to room to discover different scents.

A stop at Bar Bosch is a classic, established in 1936 it is one of the oldest bars in Palma, a historic establishment. Sipping on a chilled vermouth and soaking up the busy street life never fails.

Now it is a good time to head east on the pathway along the coastline, a popular stretch for runners and walkers alike. A short stroll takes me to Assanone Beach Club with an inviting stretch of sand perfect for a dip in the sea. If I am in the mood for a quieter beach experience in nature a nice alternative is to go out to Cala Portals Vells. This hidden gem consists of a series of small coves with crystal-clear waters.

In summer it is a treat to travel up to one of the beautiful mountain towns for dinner. It’s just a short drive away and the cooler temperature is welcoming for outdoor dining. In Valldemossa the recommendation is El Taller and in Deia there is the restaurant Nama. The scenery and atmosphere is mesmerising in both towns.

In the late evening I meet up with some good company and move downtown. This time we go to Hotel Sant Francesc’s rooftop terrace, an elegant and lesser-known spot offering breathtaking views of the city’s rooftops and the cathedral. It’s a tranquil place for a drink under the stars.”

NOON TO NIGHT

- WHAT DO YOU DO IN DENVER?

DENVER

I like to get a jump on the day by walking two blocks into the River North Arts District to enjoy a cup of coffee and a breakfast bite at CREMA, a neighborhood mainstay café featuring local artists and an entirely made-from-scratch menu. Nicknamed “RiNo,” this former industrial area just outside of downtown has become one of Denver’s trendiest neighborhoods. Best recognized for the large-scale mural art painted on the sides of buildings throughout the neighborhood, in RiNo, you will fnd contemporary art galleries, hip concert venues, craft breweries, retail shops, restaurants, and bars. I like to visit the Denver Central Market for its selection of food vendors and buzzing atmosphere. My go-to spot is the Ramble Hotel, where you can fnd travelers mixing with locals over cocktails at Death & Co., the 2nd outpost of the world-famous cocktail bar established in NYC. A personal favorite is their off-menu Oaxacan old fashioned.

For lunch, I would grab a scooter or an e-bike and head to nearby Historic Lower Downtown or “LoDo,” a neighborhood that has become a shining example of downtown urban renewal and revitalization in America. The crown jewel of this neighborhood is our historic Union Station, which houses the Crawford Hotel and provides the main connection to our region’s multi-modal transit hub. It’s in the station where I would fnd a tasty lunch at either The Mercantile or the seafood hotspot, Stoic & Genuine. For a top-notch happy hour, I like to take it upstairs to the Cooper Lounge, a mezzanine cocktail lounge and raw bar offering inspiring views of vibrant downtown Denver from one side and the panorama of the station’s Great Hall on the other.

With 300+ days of sunshine on average per year in Denver, it’s hard to stay inside for too long while in the “Mile High City.” So off I’d go, outdoors for a quick walk to the Museum of Contemporary Art, a favorite work of architecture in Denver designed by London-based architect David Adjaye.

Pro Tip: head to the rooftop café for refreshments and to enjoy more amazing views of our downtown skyline. For another remarkable Denver art experience, I’d cross to the other side of downtown to visit the Denver Art Museum. Specifcally, the Martin Building designed by Italian modernist architect and designer, Gio Ponti. I would contact my friend Darrin Alfred, the Curator of Architecture & Design at the museum, and request a guided tour of the Design Galleries, showcasing objects and works from what’s one of the most preeminent modern and contemporary design collections of any institutional museum in the US.

For dinner - I’d visit our Swedish friend and head sommelier, Josephine Gutentoft, at The Kitchen, an American Bistro most known for its stylish, casual space and imaginative array of globally-inspired shared plates. After dinner, I’d walk a few blocks to the creative mixed-use development called the Dairy Block for a nightcap at Run for the Roses, a subterranean cocktail bar conceived by my good pal Steven Waters.

No perfect day in Denver is complete without experiencing some live music. Not only is our city known for its incredible music venues, but in the nearby foothills, we have what many refer to as the greatest outdoor music venue on planet earth, Red Rocks Amphitheater. A show at Red Rocks should be one of life’s bucket-list items. People from all over the globe pass through Denver just to catch their favorite act at this historic venue. Recent favorite shows include Rufus Du Sol, Bob Moses, and Ben Bohmer.

So, there you have it – one fne day in Denver. But the thing that makes our city a truly great place to live (or visit) is the fact that it’s located in Colorado, a state famously known for its stunning natural beauty and world-class ski resorts. Historically referred to as the Gateway to the Rockies, for some, Denver is just a pit stop for those seeking adventure amongst our nearby mountains, mesas, canyons, forests and rivers.

DUBAI

FROM DAWN TO DUSK

- WHAT DO YOU DO IN DUBAI?

A question as tall as the Burj Khalifa! So many things to do. So little time to do it in. What an unfair dilemma! But let’s see now..

I’d probably have an early start. You see, I love mornings. There’s a magic hour between 5 and 6 – when the world hasn’t really decided yet between night or day. A twilight zone. That’s my hour. So with only the sound of birds chirping and a Dubai that’s still not awoken - I’ll go for a run on Palm Jumeirah. Along the West Palm Beach - the running track with the best view in the world (scouts honor). Running along billion dollar real estate. At One Dubai the road ends - then I cross into the green and palm-tree shaded Al Ittihad Park and run back again, up along the trunk - while I pass the occasional early-morning dog walker on the way.

I’m sure to be sweaty (this is Dubai, after all) when I return. And I’ll take a quick dip in the ocean. The water is warmer than Scandinavia, but still feels refreshing. Except for a few people doing their early morning yoga ritual on the beach, I’m the only one there. I just enjoy the moment – and contemplate the sight of Dubai waking up – the skyline of Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour.

I could – or rather should - be going to the gym, but I’m just too lazy for that today.. Instead - coffee is a necessity by now. I’ll have mine from Ula – our local restaurant and coffee shop. Magnifcent.

Change of scene. I realize I’m spoilt for choice today - I could go to the omnipresent Burj Khalifa, take the elevator to 163rd foor and be on top of the world. That’s a pretty good start to the day I’d say. For a moment I’d feel part of Mission Impossible.

Then maybe hit the adjacent Dubai Mall, the world’s largest mall. A shopper’s mecca. If I actually survive the crowds and the shopping – I’m sure to be needing a lunch or refreshment at one of the fancy restaurants at nearby DIFC. This is bankers territory. Expect suits, stock brokers, well-dressed beautiful people, international investors and to-die-for restaurants. Michelin star terrain. It’s fantastic to just sit and observe the diversity. Culturally. Ethnically. Demographically. Linguistically. I see Europeans, Indians, Arabs, Jews, Asians. We’re all here.

This is the world’s true melting pot, I think to myself. I would continue to the old Dubai. To Deira. To Bur Dubai. The old neighbourhoods along the Dubai Creek – the original entry point from the sea to Dubai. This is where Dubai originated, hundreds of years ago. Pearl fshers, dhows, spices. Oh the contrast!

Here you’ll fnd no fancy bankers making million dollar deals in front of you. No skyscraper in sight. This is the original Dubai. The other Dubai. The old Dubai. The authentic Dubai. Think Souq. Spices. Gold. Vegetables, electronics, tailors, shawarmas. Here you’ll fnd all the things you didn’t know you needed, until one of the local sales people convinces you that you actually do! Narrow alleyways, the smell of spices and hard working people. Hundreds of Dows criss-crossing the creek – as they’ve done for hundreds of years. This is where it all started with pearl fshermen. This is the humble beginnings of Dubai. Feels like a different universe.

On my way back I’d stop at Burj Al Arab. Jumeirah Beach. probably the piece of real estate that kick-started Dubai’s property and tourism adventure back in 1999 before the advent of free-hold. An architectural master piece. Still is. Beautiful. The Sail, they call it. The self-proclaimed world’s only 7-star hotel. Gold everywhere. Opulence abound. They have an excellent tea and cookies. Expensive I might add.

I’m saturated with the city now, I need nature to fnish my day. Dubai’s lack of forest, trees and vegetation means you’ll look for nature in a different manner. You’ve got two choices really: beach or desert! I like both, but at this time of the day I’ll take my worn out 4x4 Jeep and head for the desert. It isn’t long, really. 30 minutes drive in-land will take you to the desert. A whole different world. I’ve packed plenty of water and camping gear and as I defate my tires – I’m good to go for some serious dune bashing. Boys will be boys – I guess. It’s magical. Just me and the desert. Or so it feels. Then I fnd a suitable area to put up my tent. I organize my bonfre, pull out my camping chair and sit back with a glass of wine and contemplate the grandiosity of the emptiness of the desert. Oh the peace and quit. Just in time to view the spectacular Dubai sunset over the desert. The sun goes completely red. Orange. A sight to behold. As I go to bed early (desert air makes you tired I might add) I’ll be thinking of the camels that are sure to wake me up at 5AM tomorrow. What a day.

Our vision is to sell Dubai’s high-end design- and lifestyleled properties.

To do that we engage in compelling visual storytelling of the properties we market. Our to-die-for visuals and interior-design-magazine reportages of the properties we sell are one-of-a-kind and represent a refreshing shift of paradigm in an industry which is essentially conservative, traditional and uninspiring. What sets us apart? Flawless service combined with local expertise and sublime quality brokerage service. Curated properties and a passion for aesthetics. These attributes set us apart.

And as a local Dubai real estate offce, but belonging to an international and successful tribe across 3 continents, we pack a big punch. Our ability to list and broadcast clients’ properties throughout all our international offces provides our clients with an unparalleled access to international buyers and investors. Few – if any - agencies in Dubai can compete with that. These are our particular super powers. And these are what have made us one of the world’s most well-known boutique real estate brands reaching more than 1.5 million people per month online.

If you are looking to buy or sell a property, drop by our offce in The Bureau | Gold & Diamond Park Bldg. 6 to meet the team, or contact us on +971 56 265 9968 or dubai@fantasticfrank.com.
