Fideo Ingredients: 1 lb of ground beef 1 bag of La Moderna vermicelli 1 cube of Knorr chicken flavor bouillon 3 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper Additional ingredients: Corn, peas, potatoes, refried beans, etc. Tortillas and avocado optional yet recommended. Directions: 1. Brown the ground beef, drain half of the fat. 2. Brown noodles until golden brown, then boil. 3. Add cube of bouillon to water. 4. Bring to a simmer.
