FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY QUESTIONNAIRE

Please answer these questions so I can become familiar with your family. I want to provide photos that are meaningful and personalised - your responses will help me achieve this.

STORYTELLING 1: Do you know what your family will do during your storytelling session? Please list any family activities or experiences you would like photographed. Alternatively, your day can be completely unplanned.
