Sweeney Todd coming soon – 24th /25th June Macrobert, Stirling This year Beaconhurst School will be performing Sweeney Todd at the Macrobert Arts Centre. The rehearsals are going well and everyone is working hard. The supporting cast have been rehearsing the chorus of Acts 1 and 2. The principle parts are continuing with rehearsals of their dialogue and songs. Backstage have been concentrating on making props and displays for the Beaconhurst Open Day on the 3rd of May. They have also been making a list of props needed that they do not already have and are continuing to source their scenery. The Media group have been making displays for the Open Day as well as advertising Sweeney Todd with posters around the school and local area. The costume group are currently working hard on making a skirt and waistcoat for the principle parts. Tickets are on sale in the Box Office at the Macrobert Centre and they are priced as follows: adults - £12, concessions - £6, children under 16 years go free.
