Activities include map reading, problem solving and walking, jogging or running depending on your fitness – all the basics of orienteering, the sport where each outing is a mini-adventure as you navigate around a mapped course to find a series of markers. Suitable for children from 6 years and their parents; no experience or special kit necessary.
