Product Certification Requirements
Mosa certification requirements
Organic Product Profile: F.A.M.E. ensures that each supplier providing ingredients is organic certified. Additionally, certificates of analysis are obtained for verification for each organic ingredient.
Specification Sheets: F.A.M.E. suppliers will provide detailed specifications for each nonorganic ingredient.
Excluded and Prohibited Methods Form: Completed by the manufacturer for each nonorganic ingredient to ensure compliance with organic standards.
Proposed Label: A draft of your product label, adhering to organic labeling guidelines.
Private Label Arrangement (If Applicable): If your product is organic, you'll need to complete a Private Label Agreement (PLA) form. This form allows MOSA to certify your product under our existing agreement, ensuring it meets all the necessary organic standards. 01 02 03 04 05
