FAME FACTORY THEATRE SCHOOL PRESENTS

THE GRAND PAVILION PORTHCAWL

Sunday 23 April 2023

A MESSAGE FROM US

Good evening everyone and welcome to our production of Disney’s ‘Alice In Wonderland’.

This year, our four Stage Schools have collaborated once again to produce what promises to be a great show!

We are very lucky to be able to work with a variety of different children, who all bring their own special something to our schools. From all the support we have received from students, families and friends over the

years, we have been awarded ‘Theatre School of The Year’ for a second year running… thank you!

The students tonight, have worked extremely hard and (as ever) we are very proud of each and every one of them. To see them gain confidence, make friends and have fun in class, is the best feeling ever - it makes our job as teachers so worthwhile!

We are so blessed to have committed and talented children who we love working with and would also like to thank parents and guardians for your continued support and bringing students to and from classes each week. The next show our students will be performing, will be the family favourite and hit musical ‘Matilda’. We look forward to working on this brand new production throughout the Summer and hope to see you there.

Enjoy the show! David, Sammi & Sophie x

Fame Factory Theatre School is one of South Wales leading part-time stage schools.

Founded in 2009 by David Rhys Morris, Samantha Broad and Sophie Lewis, Fame Factory Theatre School has since become an established theatre school.

We have a friendly atmosphere, where our students learn and develop their skills in singing, dance and drama with up-to-date performing arts tuition, plus opportunities in TV, film and theatre.

Students have been fortunate enough to work with people such as BAFTA award winning stars James Corden & Julie Walters.

We were also crowned winners of BBC television competition Sport Relief

Does Glee Club 2014 and many students have appeared as contestants on ITV's Britain's Got Talent & The Voice Kids.

Students have also performed at some of the World's most prestigious venues and past students have gone on to study at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD), Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), The Urdang Academy London, Glasgow Academy of Musical Theatre Arts (GAMTA), The Emil Dale Academy and Rose Bruford College London.
