SLAB STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT WORKS

The client faced a challenging problem after they decided to continue construction of this project, following a 3 year stoppage. The ceilings have shown deflection beyond the allowable limits which required immediate rectification. Falcon was awarded the contract to fabricate and install structural braces to relieve the load.

MAIN HALL The above image shows the main hall of the exhibition center which is surrounded by meeting rooms and other facilities on the ground floor. Additionally, it can be partitioned with special curtains into four sections, when necessary.

MEZZANINE FLOOR The mezzanine floor was designed for the offices of the multi-purpose center and the choice glass partitions and doors was made to give a feeling of openness and comfort.

RESTROOMS The theme for the restrooms was designed to be simple and ease on the eyes. With modern finishes for the tiling and a single marble slab sink, and light gray wood. The client made a wise choice of selected sensor-operated taps for all the restrooms.

WORKING WITH A GREAT TEAM. Falcon had a great opportunity to work on the BayX Multipurpose Center in King Abdullah Economic City along with the Losberger De Boer team. Our scope of work included the complete internal fitout work including architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire safety, and lighting works. The unique structure shown above is Losberger De Boer‘s proprietary system.

INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS We worked along with SBG‘s subsidiary (Vision Network) on the construction infrastructure works including duct banks and manholes and other concrete works.

MEDIUM VOLTAGE BANK Part of the works included duct banks designed for the deployment of medium voltage cables throughout the terminal and runway areas.

LOW CURRENT BANKS Part of the infrastructure network we were responsible for was the low-current network which when completed was used for the fiber and copper communication lines at the airport.

SUPPORT PROJECTS During the final stages of the hand over of the King Faisal Naval Base in Jeddah by El-Seif Engineering, Falcon was contacted to provide support in various contracting and fabrication works which included flammable gas networks, signage fabrication, modification works and other services necessary to close-out the project.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE At times, our customers request support for a time-sensitive or urgent task. Such tasks are normally considered dependencies or critical-paths which may delay the start of other tasks or perhaps part of a close-out list which enables the tenant to receive the building and begin use. Falcon is proud to assist its prominent customers at such times, meeting unusual schedules.

FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION. The owner had an idea for 4 villas with different internal adaptations to meet the requirements of his family. Falcon took the challenge of converting ideas from multiple family members to meet the final expectations and undertook the project in a fixed cost design-build package. The project was designed by our exceptional architects and is currently at its final stages of completion.

The Barcelona-based award winning architectural firm chose Falcon Construction to build this very unique modern villa for a Private VIP in Jeddah. As of the printing of this profile, this project is underconstruction and expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

BUILDING ON STRONG FOUNDATIONS. This project is unique in many aspects.

Firstly, it utilizes a modern style of architecture with a Spanish expression.

Secondly, most of the specified materials are being imported from Europe, which makes the final architectural look very special. This project marks the stepping stone for a long-term relationship between Mesura and Falcon, throughout Saudi Arabia.

CERTIFICATIONS Quality Statements, and Knowledge-base.

Falcon always seeks certifications that increase its efficiency and its quality standards. Apart from being ISO and OHSAS certified, the team is experienced with CSI standards, ANSI standards, ASTM standards, SBC codes, among others.

SAFETY POLICY The management and designated safety officers have the full responsibility for safety within the company and the locations in which we operate. Hence, we ensure that our safety policy is strictly enforced at all times.

We will treat any incident with transparency and immediate corrective measures. The client will be informed in accordance with the client’s policy on incident reporting. Near-miss incidents are reported to the management in order to reduce the occurrences of serious incidents.
